Details of Proposal: This proposal is to not only celebrate a great event in our history, but also to honour the brave citizen who brought it about. The event I speak of is of course the banning of Ajay Bruno and the citizen I believe congress should honour is Nice Guy Eddie.

The first part of my proposal concerns Nice Guy Eddie. Mr. Eddie played a crucial role in the banning of Ajay and I feel he should be remembered for his part in ending the troll. To this end I move that he be given the congressional patriot medal, in recognition of the service he has done, not only to this country, but to the eWorld as a whole.

As to the second part of my proposal it is simply this, that Banhammer Day (BD for short) be celebrated, officially, on the forums and be recognised as a national holiday from here until forever, or V2, whichever comes first. By celebrated officially it would be announced on the forum calender and raved about in the eUS media on the 18th of every month until we eventually get bored and forget about it.

Didn't Ajay make new accounts that haven't been banned yet? I thought i remember seeing Ajay Bruno 2 and Ajay Bruno 3; each with the original Ajay picture and a link to an interview about him whining about he "did nothing wrong." IDK, if it actually IS him, why hasn't his IP been banned?

What might even be sadder, is that Ajay2 & 3 may be copy-cats, just doing it for lulz. Either way, chances are that they're multis because a fresh new player would have no idea who Ajay is in the first place.

When the admins ban, what do they ban (aside from killling the current player)? I'm guessing email address, not name or avatar. They can't really easily prove it's the same Ajay; he can deny it. And they probably don't have time to rummage through everything he says on IRC or whatever.

The admins are able to track the IPs of accounts logging into the server. It's as simple as cross referencing the IPs og the various accounts; after him getting banned, it would be safe to say if any of the copies claiming to be the real ajay have matching email/IP of the previous one, they should be banned as well, ban the IP from accessing the server
