New eNations Born plus other changes

The eRep team has recently announced the birth of three new eNations; United Arab Emirates, Eygpt and Saudi Arabia.

The new nations were announced earlier on the forums: HERE
along with details about new boundaries and neighborings regions (nothing new for Ireland though)

These new nations will be a good addition to the New World although it is unlikely that many Saudis within Saudi Arabia will be joining the game. Egypt should have a solid future. Here are some facts regarding the regions of these nations and the resources that they have.
