Join the new world

Hi all,
As the President of the Loyalist Party, the largest party in ePakistan. I would like to propose a new constitution which will be people friendly.
Since Ahsan has been ruling Pakistan as dictator for quiet sometime, without giving considerable powers to the democratically elected government that is the congress.

I propose the following points to be the included in the constitution:

1. The President shall be the head of state
2. The Prime Minister shall be the leader of the largest party ( in terms of no. of party members)
3. The President and Prime Minister should not be the same person
4. The Prime Minister should have the power to propose any law except for President's impeachment
5. A law can only be passed after it is approved in the congress and the President
6. The Prime Minister may be dismissed by the President if he commits some act which is unconstitutional or against the country
7. The Prime Minister shall have the power to deal with foreign affairs and defence but no agreements decision shall be made without the President's approval
8. The congressmen shall have the power to propose all laws that they can pass according to the game machanicsm except for the impeachment of the President
9. The Prime Minister may appoint ministers from the congress with the President's approval
10. Ahsan should continue to act as President
11. Constitution may be amended if President, Prime Minister and 50% of the congress agrees.

Advantages of the Constitution
1) Envolvement of elected government in decision making
2) People will become more active as they will be able to get some real powers
3) Pakistan's international image will change as it is currently seen as an absolute dictatorship
4) Pakistan will have more active players and we will become stronger
5) There will be check and balance to the Prime Minister as the President can dismiss him if he does something wrong
