National Shield just wrapped up and if something similar to this went down before, I wasn't here for it. It pretty much confirms everything I have been told about the current global situation in regards to who holds the damage.

To cut to the chase, I'm going to be covering three things during this article:

Note: These numbers could be off by a hundreds of thousands to a few millions per country and up to a few billion per alliance as I began writing this immediately after the event ended. Excuse me if I got anything wrong, I had to update Greece being 3rd, somehow missed them.

1- The Top 10 Countries in Raw Damage

2- CoT's Damage Totals

3- TWO's Damage Totals

Firstly, congratulations to Estonia, Pakistan, and Germany for finishing 1st-3rd respectively.

As I stated, this really drew a pretty accurate picture for me. It was a global competition, gold prizes were on the line... I'll presume every nation gave it their all.

Other Stats
Serbia got 66th place in the contest... Make of that what you will. Juuuussstttt saayyiiinnn.

Woah, how'd that get there?

And Denmark placed 24th with 333% and 2.8 billion damage, I see y'all putting in work Mazzy Cat!!

Bonus Track

Alright, so those are the raw stats assuming I didn't make another huge mistake like missing Greece's giant damage number. A bit disheartening, but the truth isn't always pretty or goes in your favor. It is what it is.

But nonetheless, we should be proud to have placed 4th in total damage output. And for what it's worth, 3 of the top 6 countries are the ones currently controlling most of our regions. If that's what it takes, there ain't no shame in it. I still stand by my M2C on Polish NAP article because I'm a stubborn, proud nationalist. Sue me.

Honestly, I wanted to write a bit more about the Nation Shield event, but it took a really significant amount of time getting all those numbers together and it's already an ungodly hour to be up and I have things to do in the afternoon. Maybe I'll make a reaction article sometime, but I feel the stats speak for themselves and you can take from it what you will.

Very long article, thank you if you read even most of this. 'Til next time eMurica...
