National Health System creation !

After several days of discussing the issue of creating a Bulgarian National Health System, we have finally created the SO account : http://www.erepublik.com/profile-958101.html .

Though we have expected more serious debates, we are still glad that there was some response and new and interesting ideas were added to the concept of National Health System.

The SO account will have its own newspaper which will be responsible for informing all citizens about its activities, results, etc.

The two operating users with the account will be Bimba and Vercingetorix.
