National Bank Situation.

Hello fellow citizens of Norway,
This article is intending to make the current situation regarding the gold of the national treasury more clear.
First off, I do not have access to any gold from the national treasury. I have no access to the National Bank without Inunova's signature on the SO's contract. Trying to put pressure on me to release the gold will not amount to anything.
Now here is the here is the the reasoning that I have signed the contract regarding the National Bank.
As you are all well aware approximately 10 days ago, a little party called Sovereign Finland was formed. Within 48 hours this party had risen to become the 3rd largest party in the eNorway, within 10 days Sovereign Finland had risen to become one of the largest parties in the entire eWorld. This dramatic growth has led to amazing changes in the workings of the inner government of eNorway. It has also led to lots of inexperienced citizens controlling the voting majority of eNorway. These new congress members have almost no knowledge of the history of our great nation and those of us that have spent countless hours contributing to the success of Norway (Norwegians, Finns, and Russians) have almost no real knowledge as to the intentions of these new Congress members.
It has always been the view of the Golden Party to establish a national banking system. This SO has been somewhat of a knee jerk reaction to the situation at hand, but it also serves to address the need of a national bank. It also serves to address another important issue that my party has stood for long before Finland was a part of eNorway at all, less power to the president. If anyone does not believe either of these points, simply browse through our past "party programs".
Now for the facts on the situation:
1. Forconin has complete access to the National Bank (and according to some reports so does Inunova, however I am unsure on that point). With no contract in place there is no way to ascertain that that these funds are safe, unless of course you want to leave the entire treasury and the trust of its use in the hands of one man. Do not expect any release of the money to be possible without a this contract.
2. The constitution does not protect against fraud in the treasury, without this National Bank there is no system in place to prosecute theft of our coffers.
3. Forconin represents Norway's large party interests in the bank, Inunova would represent the ruling party's interests in the bank, and I would represent a more neutral voice between the two. If you do not believe I am a good neutral politician go ahead and ask anyone who has been active around here before SF on how my political policies have been. Remember, I am the one who stood up and worked the hardest to put forward a system that would give a more balance system in place to give more voice to Russians and Finns in the government.
4. With a contract Congress has a say in the funds, without it only Forconin does.
Now if this new congress wants to set about creating a proper National Banking system, I am sure you will have no problem finding the support to do so. I will support any system that takes into account the rights of all parties involved (Norwegian, Finnish, and Russian), and will gladly use my 1/3 voting rights to place the gold into such a system. However, without Inunova's signature on the contract, not I or anyone other than Forconin will be able to access the gold to appropriate it for the new governments use.

What you are saying here sounds very solid and sound indeed.
My only complaint is at this moment Fornicon is less than trusted and having him as 1 of the 3 people with voting rights simply will not settle with most people.
With this article of yours I am more than willing to throw my full support for you being a voice.
There will be far to much outcry with Fornicon as the Norwegian vote tho.
1 finnish, 1 norwegian and 1 russian vote seems like the only soluation to me at the time.
That doesn\'t make this any more acceptable. If your plan was to start a national bank, fine, but don\'t do that underhandedly one day before the elections. Draft a law, put it to congress and if it passes, let the new government handle the actual application of the law. That\'s what the constitution says must be done. Anything that happens after this to that gold or the national bank is suspect, since it\'s been done under duress and without a law to back it up. How can you trust a system that is put to place by twisting politicians arms with threats and going past the constitution?
No contract is needed, _a law is needed_. The contract will undoubtedly be moot next month anyway.

Calimon: It takes two months to have a law added, and due to uncertain times, we don\'t have that much time. Almost all of the finnish congressmen would have to be active on the forum to make that happen, and how many of them are actually active?
Becides, a contract is actually stronger then the constitution(the admin would be forced to act without hestitation).

The fact of the matter is that the contract isn\'t valid as inunova hasn\'t signed it. Currently there\'s no law, or contract backing this action up. The gold was to be withdrawed after the contract was signed, but Forconin pulled the trigger first.
The original proposal which was proposed allowed the congress to overrule it and get the gold back in the treasury, while the contract Forconin proposed required a majority of the 3 sitters to get the gold back together with a majority vote by the congress which only needs inunovas sign to be valid.
This was not the intentions of the proposal and was carried out badly, but please don\'t put the blame on Salve for this, it\'s not his fault. His proposal allowed the congress to get the gold back alone.
I respect Salve and I hope people realize that this was not his doings. You can\'t put someone responsible when the president changes the terms of which was voted on and dictates his own contract.
So it\'s okay to go against the constitution if the alternative is cumbersome? How do you know you don\'t have 2 months anyway? This is exactly the kind of thinking that caused these problems in the first place. \"We can\'t trust the elected government to do it\'s job, so we won\'t even let it try.\" I call BS on that.
The simple fact is that now the bank system will certainly be pushed back, not brought forward. This has become an issue of authority, _not an issue of what is good for eNorway_, and as such neither Inunova or Forconin is going to back down.
@Kim, I\'m not blaming Salve and I\'m sorry if it seemed like that. As far as I\'m concerned, the blame is solely on Forconin.

Finns may be inexperienced, but neither has the Norwegians been in situation like this in the history of eNorway.
I\'m not arguing with you Salve per se, you\'re a man with sound ideas so don\'t take the following in the wrong way.

Can every president do this before elections? Get the treasury of the nation, create a contract that favors him and keeps him in power. Agree to release the treasury only after signing a contract. If so, this makes future politics REALLY difficult and sets a dangerous example.
So democracy is ok as long as people vote \"right\" and the results please you. Once they vote \"wrong\" they are stupid and should be protected from their choices via dictatorship-like illegal coups?

Has he inforced military rule? Has he stopped other partys from forming? Has he had anyone removed from the government that don\'t agree with him? Has he inforced pointless rules to control people?
The reasoning behind your statment \"for-saddam-conin,\" is clearly lacking at best. I personaly believe it was in the best intrests of the people of eNorway, for the gold to be kept safe.
Comparing Saddam Hussein to Forconin is just trolling.
Very good article, Salve. We must remember that this was done to ensure the future of eNorway as a country, and the citizens of it.
Forconin has my full suppord, and also had it when he was President.
