Contracts » Training War Contract Between Hungary and the United Kingdom
Purpose: To create a Training War with Hungary.

Contract for the Training War Against Hungary

1. Hungary will declare war onto the United Kingdom. It will, by doing this, pay the costs of declaring war, as well as the first battle. Hungary must acknowledge that in taking the designated region, it will be demolishing a Q4 Hospital and Defence System, and must repay for those listed later in this contract.

1a. The United Kingdom will open communication with citizens of Scotland, headed by the Minister of Home Affairs, and offer a moving ticket to any citizen who responds to move to a different region of the United Kingdom. They will be compensated for both the moving ticket to move, as well as the return trip to Scotland once it's back in United Kingdom possession.

2. At 23 Hours after the battle is opened, the Prime Minister, designated as President in-game, of the United Kingdom shall retreat Scotland to Hungary. This will give temporary control of Scotland to Hungary for the entirety of this contract. The President of Hungary can request that the President of the United Kingdom retreat at any time if it causes conflicts with other Wars

3. Exact days will be decided closer to the time to avoid conflict between other Wars with agreement of both the United Kingdom and Hungary. Hungary will pay for half of these battles at the beginning of each week, which will be capped at the amount of 75 G per battle.

4. The President of the United Kingdom will release an article stating the intentions of the TW before he attacks Scotland. One of the following representatives from Hungary will sign the article in the comments, "Armande Xavier", "Sanya18", "Rlazol", "Kampec". Once the article is signed, the President of the United Kingdom is free to attack

5. At the end of the four week period, the United Kingdom will open a battle to retake the region of Scotland, which the UK will pay for entirely. No later than the 23rd hour of battle, the President of Hungary will retreat the region back to the United Kingdom, and this contract shall be considered fulfilled, along with the completion of 5a. It is at the discretion of Hungary to retreat earlier if needed with agreement from the President of the United Kingdom

5a. Hungary shall, at the end of the TW, import a Q5 hospital into the United Kingdom market for the cost of 1 GBP, which the Government of the United Kingdom shall purchase for Scotland.

6. If the United Kingdom should ever feel threatened by the actions of other Nations, and ask for an MPP with Hungary, Hungary are obliged to accept the MPP during the duration of the TW and for 2 weeks after it has ended

Disclaimers

-The United Kingdom is not responsible for anything Hungary does while in possession of Scotland. While in control of Hungary, it is considered a Hungarian region, and any questions, comments, or concerns with Scotland must be taken up with the Government of Hungary.

-TW is a shortened form of Training War, which by definition is a war which both countries will use to gain experience in battle, test operational effectiveness, and stimulate the economy.

-This contract will, in no way shape or form, require the United Kingdom to show allegience to any country other than Hungary.

-The open war is not required to be closed once this Training War is done. When the war is closed is to be determined at a later date through an agreement by the Hungarian and UK Prime Minister/President.

-This contract shall remain valid in the event of banning of any party involved.
-This contract may not be changed once signed, unless the amendment is agreed upon in a separate post from both Presidents. Any violation of this rule will result in a penalty of 100 G to the party which violates this stipulation.
-This contract is valid in the event of any of the parties "dying" in game.
