Actually, it was finished yesterday, but I only have time to prepare the English version this night. Sorry, it's a little late.

一、 军事

1. Maintaining 2 active MPPs with EDEN countries
Purpose: To make use of the long-term active wars of main countries of EDEN, such as eRomania and eCroatia to get battles for citizens of NK.
1、维持2个活跃的eden MPP
目的：利用eden核心国家（如：罗马尼亚、克罗地亚）长期活跃的战争状态，为NK国民谋取持续的军演战场。

2. Keeping the neutral position of NK and maintaining our territorial integrity
If I were elected, during my term, NK itself will not declare war on other countries. We will keep the neutral position of NK and seek for a peaceful development on the basis of territorial integrity.
2、保持相对中立状态，维持目前领土完整
任期内，非特殊情况，不会主动宣战与他国进入战争状态。保持NK的相对中立状态，谋取领土完整下的和平发展。

3. Preventing eRussia from invading us and preparing a counterplan
Curerntly, NK only shares common boundaries with eChina and eRussia. After the PT with eChina, the only threat will come from eRussia. We should stay alert.
Counterplan: If eRussia declared war on NK, NK would declare war on eChina. After the first round of attack failed, eChina would get the initial. eChina would separate NK and eRuassia, so that NK would not been wiped out from the map. Then we would recover our territories by resistance.
3、严防俄罗斯入侵，适时启用特别方案
目前，NK仅与eChina和eRus接壤，在与eChina PT之后，唯一威胁来自eRus，严防eRus入侵将为任期内的首要任务。
预案：一旦eRus宣战NK，NK应立刻宣eChina，首轮进攻失败后，交由eChina进入进攻轮，通过eChina隔开NK与eRus，确保NK不进入灭国状态。并积极通过起义收复国土。

II. Internal Affairs
二、 内政

1. Working with the Congress to adjust tax policies more favorable to citizens and making NK more livable
Currently, the headless chicken is modifying the economic module. After the new rules take effect, I will seek for opinions of congressmen and citizens to adjust our tax rates in effect now.
1、推动议会调整更惠民的税率政策，打造宜居NK
目前，无头鸡正在对经济模块进行修改。待新的规则出台后，将会征求国会和国民的意见，对目前的税率进行适当的修改。

2. Encouraging NKers to come back to build a more active NK
The wages in NK are relatively low, so opening factories in NK may be profitable. Therefore, during my term, I’ll encourage more NKers to come back and bring benefits for citizens through the tax reform.
2、号召并鼓励NKer归国定居，共同打造活力NK
NK的工资水平较低，来NK开厂比较容易盈利。因此，任期内将号召NKer归国定居，并通过税制改革全面惠民。

III. Diplomacy
三、 外交

1. We will continue to further our friendship with EDEN.
1、持续增进与eden方面的友好关系。

2. We will try to mitigate the adverse effects caused by certain issues between eChina and eNK through more communications between both parties.
2、修复因某些个人原因引起的eChina与NK之间的不良影响。

IV. Reporting of Work
四、 政务公开

1. Q&A
I will arrange a regular Q&A, such as once a week, by posting articles on my newspaper. In that process, you may raise questions and the government will answer your questions. Hope this may help you to know what the government is doing and to participate in discussions about our work.
1、公开问答
如当选，将会定期（如每周一次）举行总统及政府与国民之间的问答。希望能够借此活跃我们的讨论气氛，提高国民参政议政的热情。

2. Timely Reporting
Important decisions made by the government will be published to all citizens by newspaper in a timely manner. For non-confidential issues, discussions will be held first before making any decision.
2、及时汇报
对于政府做出的重大决策，将会及时对全体国民公开。不涉及机密的决策在做出之前，将会开展讨论，寻求国民的意见后再行定夺。

V. Making our media more active
五、媒体振兴

I hope that citizens of NK may post more, and I’ll start this from myself. Once discussions can be held frequently, I believe the work of government will become more transparent.
希望可以从我个人做起，带动NK国民多多发报。我们需要建立起讨论的气氛来，为今后的政府透明施政开一个好头。

In particular, for those players who nearly post every day, such as tina_pig, I’ll give them a gift personally. Of course, since I’m not rich in game, the gift may value very little. Just hope that you don’t mind 🙂
