One could say that hospitals are not spread evenly among this country, sure with good reason! Where the population is high and where PEACE would attack and such, but that aside, eventually improving it a little. If you agree with me vote it up. I'm not asking for instant action at all, I'm asking for a slow progression over the weeks that perhaps by the end of August even S.Dakota will have a Q2 hospital, maybe.
But don't you think we need to spread hospitals around the country. At least a 2 star in every region. Here is a list of all states that have Q1 hospitals right now, 1. having the highest population. This is outrageous when a region like Kentucky has 145 people with a Q4. Not to mention Maine with 92 citizens with a Q3. Nebraska and Rhode Island have Q2 with 63 citizens each and these have Q1's. Spread health among everyone, make America a more equal place. As of now no companies produce Q2 hospitals in the American Market (The American Government should only by from America after all) but if the Government released a statement looking for Q2 hospitals I'm sure the void would be filled quickly. I am willing to pay taxes for more hospitals!

There is simply no benefit to upgrading anything else, the money would be better off being donated or used elsewhere.
Those who want to fight should simply move to Fl or Nj.
There's no reason to have Q1 or Q2 Hospitals. Q4+ or nothing at all.
If there is no reason to have Q1 hospitals why does almost every state have them? What it matters is Q2 hospitals enable people to fight and still gain some health. Sure a Q4 hospitals would be nice, but baby steps, baby steps.
Elderon has got it spot on. Q1 to Q3 hospitals are ineffective for their price AND it's quite rare to find one on the market. Most hospital companies operate at a high level..that's where all the demand's at.

Taken into account, nonetheless the message remains the same. Think about helping all our region, than spend 5000 gold on some war. Can't cost us too much.
You do not understand, there is absoloutly NO economic/military benefit to have hospitals in other regions.
Having players reside in FL and NJ adds to the defensive "wall". Haveing people move from Florida and New Jersey to states like Iowa and Michigan and Arkansas would actually be a military loss.

Moot, the states which concern the AHF are all in ideal positions, strategically speaking of course. The front runners in this organization are California, New York, Virginia and Texas. ALL these states are located near foreign borders AND all (except Virginia) border PEACE nations. If that isn't enough reason to donate towards a new hospital, I don't know what is.
Ya, go with a Q4 of Q5 or nothing at all... why waste money on a Q2 when you can either have the citizens move to a Q5 or else wait untill the game progresses and there is a Q5 everywhere.
Then Mr. Anderson, perhaps we should pay a company for 2 Q5 hospitals in agreement that they will hold them in reserve until we need them, and then when the need arises then we simply put them where they need to go.
(Bear with me I don't fully understand the game yet)
Moot, the eUS Government already has one Q5 hospital in reserve. Furthermore, the AHF (although run by Congressmen) is independent from the Government. We have no intention on holding onto the hospital until a threat arrives. That would displease the many donors who would have contributed towards our cause.

You also have to take into account secondary defenses if for any reason (god forbid) territory is taken from our country. At least a Q2 is necessary to fight and work and still survive. That should be the bear minimum. I live in Washington which has over 500 people, and is on a border, and is in a relatively unprotected part of the country, yet we only have a q2 hospital.
I have a different idea, what if the AHF just puts the money it gets into making a hospital (factory?)? And then accepts all donations in the form of wood and people can then (volunteer) for the price of $1.
With my (limited) knowledge of the game this seems as if it could work?
Moot, I'm afraid that can't be done. For a start, why create a hospital company and use further money and resources to create hospitals, when the gold could be directly spent on a hospital? lol
Secondly, a citizen cannot donate wood. Wood is a RM and can only be bought by Orgs or companies.
Thirdly and finally, no one will work in a Q5 hospital company for $1! Would you be willing to lose 5 wellness per day only to get a dollar? Besides, I'm sure the minimum wage is above $1.
