Please excuse my n00b-like topic, for I am merely a grunt... And the fact that DC's "Daily" Planet will be anything but. Nonetheless, I welcome everyone, who took the effort to click my link, and read my first publication.
I know I can be a lunkhead at times, but, as a proud member of the Air Force, I really thought the mere recruiting requests I received were "official" orders to join a NEW branch of the USAF called Rogue Squadron.
So, like a good solider, I registered for RS, and told everyone in AF chat that I was leaving, only to learn that I did not have to.
But after I learned this, I received "welcome to RS" PMs, and I was like...
And then... I read that AF was "recommending" that everyone from D3, should move to RS... only to learn later that neither senior commander eShades or current commander Roper ever recommended for anyone to move to RS... and that the person who sent those PMs misunderstood something and wrote it the way he/she misunderstood it.
Which is why I was acting like Brett Farve all day...
With the Clash's "should I stay or should I go?" going off in my head!
In the end, I apologize to RS for any inconvenience I may have put you through, and wish your MU well! But since this dunderhead gets to decide, I decide to do what I always wanted to do... and that is to do NOTHING! And to STAY a proud member of the AF. And yes... that IS my final answer!

I was told that. "the President of the United States has created the new Rogue Squadron and requests that you transfer to this new Division 3 branch." Exact quote. So I took this as a direct order.

I invited DC to this "game" a year ago.
I have known him for yearsss and used to do segments on radio podcast.
He decided he believed the lies about me on here and did not want to follow my voting orders anymore and turned in to a jerk.

Ok that explains why you are upset about David Cholesterol, but it does not explain the difference between AF and RS... they both are under eUSAF... whats the difference?
No idea... this is a new unit that's been created. I am not kept in the loop on AF restructuring.
Yeah, there seems to have been some drama in the USAF recently. I hope that better communication prevails in the future and that these kinds of things never happen again.
Its nice to see some love given by some...person? i mean, if you "invite" somebody with:
"Rogue Squadron requests that you transfer to this new Division 3 branch".
and if you don't comply with the request you get:
"I invited you on here to begin with..... and now you are no longer welcome"
that's a very strong reason to believe all the rumors about stupid people who get angry 'cause they can get control over another person...

This is a personal betrayal of someone I had spoken to for years.
clueless about personal betrayal and relation between the 2 of you... Yes.
clueless about talking to somebody you've know for years like that because he/she doesn't follow you wherever you go just because you enrolled him in the game.. Not really...
still... you have your reasons and i respect that.

Thanks Kurth... it's good to know I am welcome here 🙂 I am glad that most sane people understand that inviting someone to play a game doesn't mean they have the right to tell you what to do in it. Much like staying in the AF... I have always done what I wish to do in this game. The only thing that would make Erepublik better is if it had a block option like FB.
I just got another recruitment letter basically saying that RS is giving out "40 Q6 tanks a day" to those who join. They are pushing hard with folks.
haha that would be a good option. but think about this: he barely survived when you blocked him on FB. what would happen if he gets like 5000 blocks in here??
