As is my feeling with many of the ads on the sidebar of my homepage (such as the current one for the American Red Cross. I don't give a damn about your wonderful charity in RL why should I on here?), I was horrified today with the one for the Iranian Beauty Pageant. Apparently this person has been holding dozens of beauty contests among various eNations and posts this extensive list of women's pictures and calls on the eRepublik as a whole to quantify their persons based solely on their appearance. I was/am appalled! It was like a massacre. I just couldn't tear my eyes from the horror before them. I even made myself look over some of the previous contests just to see if they all were this bad. They were all filled with poor poor women being oppressed and tormented by our vicious eSociety.

It is like Miss America all over again. These poor girls cursed with beauty have been put into catagories and objectified. They are paraded around and for what? The crown of the "Most Beautiful"? They are all beautiful! eSociety just is trying to get all women to conform to their standards of being a hundred pound girl with luscious blonde locks of hair and sexy shaven legs. Well guess what eSociety? Some guys like girls with double chins (not me) and slight mustaches (not me) and significantly more woman to love (suprisingly, not me). But they are beautiful on the inside, and that is what really matters.
