America, we have received a great victory.

We have beaten back Russia and secured for us and our allies great fortunes. But what use are these victories if we do not gain anything from them? We will be keeping FER, excuse me, Far Western Alaska, for ourselves. It contains titanium, which is amazing in V2. And we get to have some.
