More Training Wars You Say?

I am here to get the word out about the new 'War Fund.' This is a new non-profit charity dedicated to raising the funds necessary for covering the costs of training wars. This charity was introduced about a week ago and we have seen some good progress so far. But we have a ways to go before we can start a training war for everyone to take part in.

What do training wars do?

Training wars are the backbone to eRepublik. They allow citizens to participate in fights, which will raise your experience points, allow you to level up in the army, allow everyone to use the hospitals throughout eCanada more often thus raising the wellness of more citizens.

Along with the above bonuses, it makes you more productive at work. It also helps the weapons and gift industries out because more citizens would be buying weapons and gifts.

Basically everyone wins and benefits.

Whats the cost of a training war?

The cost of a training war depends on the region you attack. Each war costs 50 gold, plus an additional 0.025 Gold per citizen who lives in the region to be attacked.

Example:

Northern Irelands population is 431.

431 x 0.025 Gold = 10.775 Gold. Then add the 50 Gold start up cost. So to attack Northern Ireland would cost 60.775 Gold.

Use these calculations to determine the cost of attacking any region.

(Note: Northern Ireland is just an example. It does not necessarlily mean that is the region we'd attack once we raise enough Gold. Also, the population given may have changed. We used that population from our last article.)

What can I donate?

Donate anything you can to the Guerra Organization (Guerra is Spanish for War.) You can donate CAD, Gold, even houses since they can be auctioned off and the profit put towards the War Fund.

Who are you?

You may be asking who I am. Well, I am Emilio Sanchez, and I have been a citizen of eCanada and eRepublik since August 2008. I am a 7 time congressman, as well, I am currently the Minister of Health and Social Services. A position I have held since January. I created and run the Canadian Health Services Plan. I have many other accomplishments, but I think you get the idea that this is a trusting Charity that will put your donations to use.
