Fine... take your little army of Australian e😜atriots and fight Indonesia if you want to. This is a free country, and the Indonesians aren't telling us it isn't. Not with words anyhow. But I think those tanks parked on our continent and battleships off our shores would say that our freedom is limited in a few ways if they had voices. The import thing to ask yourself concerning whether you feel free or not is this: Do you care about those particular freedoms? That freedom being the freedom to spread our influence from the Indian to the Pacific, or even beyond our own continent. You have to remember that just because territory belongs to Australia in RL, doesn't mean it has to in this game.

As given by his name, clearly Australian Warlord cares about those freedoms: the freedom to become a powerful nation dominating this continent and spreading further. The answer got delivered to us harshly by a foreign power during Beta. Peter Garrot wrote words to a song that go "Here come the Hercules/ Here come the submarines/ Sinking South Pacific dreams." Sadly, Indonesia is a Hercules, and their submarines sank our dreams of a South Pacific empire long ago. That's history. Live with it. That ship got sunk long before you came to this world. It's now like trying to raise the Titanic. Although, the type of "Hercules" Peter Garrot was talking about was a Hercules Missile, a nuclear weapon. If there were any of those in this game, Indonesia would have them and we wouldn't. And they would have a few pointed at us telling us to play nice. So we smile and politely call them "friend". That's life. You have to pretend to like people who you don't really like because if you don't they can make life a lot worse for you. I like the status quo. I accept that there will never be an Australian Empire. I don't care if there ever is. I just don't want to see all of Australia enslaved again.

i have never considered either travelling abroad to fight in another countries wars... i would love to see my native south australia back under eAustralian rule but i trust in our eGovernment to do as they say and reclaim our terrorities

or fight for Indonesia

Whatever you do, you won't get in top 10 except those above quit or stop training. Unless if you want to compete in exp points :/

Being strong isn't about just training. It's a formula. Over 2/3rd's of my battle damage is due to combat rank.

eIndonesian don't respect us & if I was eIndonesian then I wouldn't either. That's because anything that's deliberately weak doesn't deserve respect.

There's only one way that eAustralia can ever be truly free. That's if it ceases to be so weak in comparision to those eNations surrounding it. Our eGovernment has the policy of keeping eAustralia pathetically weak, especially in comparision to eIndonesia.

The only way in which Australians can ensure that eAustralia can become stronger is if Australians travel to eRomania (or even eUSA thou they ain't the best eNation at the moment) and fight. That's because war is strength in this game.

And once the eAustralian government has finished alienating everybody outside eAustralia who's ever supported us then eIndonesia won't have any reason left to let eAustralia survive. Incase you haven't noticed, eAustralia's reputation in eRepublik is getting worse than mine is inside eAustralia.

Have you ever stopped to think that my efforts might actually encourage eIndonesia to cease it's imperialistic behaviours against us & that they might hand back our territories so that more Australians don't travel to eRomania to take up arms.

eAustralia's reputation as a whole? I don't think so. eIndonesia's part of PEACE - we're neutral with most of them. We also have (thanks to those oldies like derek and patti you so much adore) friends from eUK and eCanada that understand our current situation.

The US? bah. being beaten in their own war of aggression is weak - thought you'd understand that being a ePerson who takes so much pride in strength.

@taytaz : That's because eIndonesia is smart. They're doing what any intelligent militistic empire should be doing. It's merely a strategic move on their part & if they become powerful enough, a planned temporary one.
eIndonesia defeated us in beta. Why should Australians accept the beta defeat as final & forever crawl to eIndonesia.

The saddest thing here is that the current attitudes of the eAustralian government is creating a real image of Australians being "easily submissive". There's a number of foreigners who's expressing surprise at how submissive Australians are. Given that many people don't seem to fully comprehend the difference between real life & here, it's not a good image.

Why strengthen the country that occupies yours? Cannot understand this thinking. Unless its spoken from fear. Yes people FEAR. To qoute Peter Garret and the oils `better to die on your feet than live on your knees.

You may think fighting them now will lead to long-term benefits. But I have to disagree. Fighting on either side is the same. eIndonesia WILL NEVER roll over and cede to us our original territories.

In my opinion you guys are very narrow minded.
