as I was walking by the US News Stand, I saw this article....

and I thought I could do the same thing....it would help many citizens earn a dollar! and all they have to do is click Vote and Subscribe and then write a comment saying they did both!!

but...I am going to make a small difference.....I am changing from..."only level 7 and below" ...to... all levels!!
