Money Market Scams!

Hello,

This morning, I was working on MM and tried to transfer about $2,000 USD to my citizen account. I went up to my gold offer and saw myself on MM. Bought it and for some reason the USD didn't show up in my citizen account. As you must image. I got upset and started to look around....

This guy is trying to scam people who are not paying close attention when they transfer money to their citizen account. I have reported this to the ADMINS. I'm not sure if this is allowed or not. I just wanted to make everyone aware.

You can put your cursor over your name on MM and if the link on bottom of browser says blah blah COMPANY you know it is not YOURS... Beware!

EDIT: Seems some people don't understand what is going on. This guy is changing his company name to YOUR username and post offers on market if you have one sitting there. He matches your offer.

So, I'm gathering that you put $2,000 up for sale at 0.01 gold (or whatever) and he beat you to the purchase?

If so, he did nothing illegal.

Next time sell 0.01 gold for $20,000 with your player account, and buy it with your company.

But this guy has companies using my name - posted the same offer I had up, I bought it thinking It was my own - again, I'm not complaining, I'm just letting other people know this is out there so they don't get scammed.
