MoFA report: The Finland - Latvia Conflict / Le Conflit Finlande - Lettonie

Hello,
First thing I want to say, is that because Duke Leto is inactive, and MiA, Prime Minister Jacobi has decided to reassign me to Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and name Moffington as new Minister of Finance.
Alright, now I guess that some of you have heard about the new conflict in Europe: Finland vs Latvia.
In fact, our former ATLANTIS Allie Finland has recently declared war to Latvia, and has now started attacking: http://www.erepublik.com/en/battles/show/6684
Canada won't support offensive and aggressive actions, but in recognition of our long-standing formal alliance, it was decided that Canada would remain neutral in the Finland - Latvia conflict.
Therefore, there will be no CAF Missions to support any of these two sides.

D'abord, je voudrais dire que puisque Duke Leto est inactif, et manque au devoir, le Premier Ministre Jacobi a decidé de me réassigner au Ministère des Affaires Etrangères, et a nommé Moffington comme nouveau Ministre des Finances.
Maintenant, passons aux choses sérieuses. Certains d'entres vous ont entendu parler du nouveau conflit en Europe: la Finlande contre la Lettonie.
En effet, notre ex-alliée d'ATLANTIS la Finlande a récemment déclaré la guerre à la Lettonie, et a déjà commencé les offensives: http://www.erepublik.com/en/battles/show/6684
Le Canada ne supportera pas d'actions offensives et même agressives, mais en signe de reconnaissance pour notre grande ex-alliée, il a été decide que le Canada restera neutre vis-a-vis de ce conflit Finlande - Lettonie.
De ce fait, il n'y aura pas de Missions de FAC en vue de supporter l'un de ces deux Etats.
