Greetings! This is the Ministry of Finance's Pre-Report to eIsrael for the March Term.

MoF Cabinet
Minister of Finance: Franz Kafka
Vice Minister of Finance: Sam Krakower
Interns: Robbie Lizzini, yagi, nibor dua, TheRipper, ormay3, bajumboom

Objectives for this month (draft - subject to budget and viewing other ministries' plans)
* Maintain stable NIS rate of 0.02
* Issue March budget to Knesset for approval
* Maintain IFD reserve levels (currently c1000 gold)
* Maintain good communications and relations with the Knesset Finance Committee
* Make regular reports on the activity of the ministry
* Activate and manage government owened companies

Division of Responsibilities
* Minister: NIS rate, IFD reserves, preparation and approval of budget
* Vice-Minister: communications, reporting, government owned companies
* Interns: To be decided. More than likely doing things for the above areas.

עיקרי היעדים של המשרד לחודש מרץ ( טיוטה ראשונית שעללולה לשתנות עם התקציב ותוכניות עתידיות של הממשלה)
* לשמור על שער המרה יציב לשקל שעומד על 0.02
* להביא את תקציב מרץ לאישור הכנסת
* לשמור על רזרבות האוצר שכרגע עומדות על בערך 1000 זהב
* לשמור על יחסים טובים עם וועד הכספים של הכנסת
* שקיפות ומתן דוחות על בסיס קבוע
* הפעלה ותחזוקה של חברות ממשלתיות
חלוקת תפקידים
שר האוצר : שער המרה לשקל, רזרבות המשרד, הכנה ואישור התקציב
סגן שר האוצר : יחסים עם וועדת הכספים, דוחות קבועים, ניהול חברות ממשלתיות
מתמחים : יוחלט בהמשך - כנראה חלק מהבאים לעיל
אלו היעדים של המשרד, דוחות ישלחו על בסיס שבועי.
