First of all I would like to just say thank you to everyone who entrusted me with the NSC Director position. I will do everything I can to keep our country safe even if that means holding the administrations feet to the fire over funding. You fight for our great country, I fight for our soldiers. Now as your new Director I have some information to lay out for you.
Semi-New structure.
The Military is going to go from a strength-based system to an activity-based system. The most active citizens who are above strength level 2 will be assigned to a Marine unit. The citizens who are less active but above strength level 2 will be assigned to an Army unit. Finally the citizens who are below strength level 2, or those of you who are mayors, party presidents, or congressmen with be assigned to a National Guard unit.
I have decided that the cut off for strength would be 2.0 since below that; you really have no hope of winning a fight even with the defender bonus and a Q4 weapon. I have also decided to base the names of the branches off the real world military to avoid confusion (“Is Bravo division the reserves or the back up military?”, What is Charlie division? etc) Now since that is out of the way, we can move on.
Our Generals
DesertFalcon is the General of the US Marine Corps. If you are in a Marine unit, DesertFalcon is the man to speak to.
CJ Will Win is the General of the US Army Corp. If you are in an Army unit, CJ Will Win is the man to speak to.
KoKach is the General of the US National Guard. If you are in a National Guard unit, KoKach is the man to speak to.
Soldier Pay
ThisGenMedia, our vice president, will be handling all soldier pay this time around. This will combat the problem of soldiers not getting paid, getting paid late, or for some of the other issues that popped up last time around. The pay scale will be the same as last time. This is important though! YOU MUST SEND AN EMAIL TO THISGENMEDIA ON EVERY SUNDAY TO RECEIVE PAY! No Email on Sunday, no pay for you! His Email address is ceo@thisgenmedia.com
If you have not received pay by Tuesday of that week please send ME a direct PM and I will rectify the situation as soon as humanly possible. I am here to make sure every single soldier of the US is treated fairly and treated well. I am here for you; all you need to do is send me a PM.
Military Recruitment
I have sent a ton of PMs over the last 2 days (actually the number is well over 100 PMs…well over) This has gotten a very good response so far, but we still need MORE soldiers willing to fight for our glorious country. If you are willing to join the military, I will most certainly have a spot for you. My administrative goal for this term is to double the size of our old military. Please help me make this possible. All you need to do is send me a PM and you will be promptly placed in the appropriate branch of the military.

Shameless plug. I own three companies and will hire anyone skill 4 or higher in food. Probably moving as well.
So shoot me for trying to get every single soldier in the military employed 😉

Shoot, I don\'t know if you should be taking mayors, congressmen, and party leaders out of the fighting abroad. That would make sense if we could die, but the country\'s not hurt more when politicians have low wellness compared to when the average worker has low wellness.
The problem is that Mayors, congressmen, and party presidents cant move. So they could only fight if the mainland US was attacked, or if the war that is going on involves a MPP with the US. Which means their fighting ability is greatly lessened because of their positions.
Should we send a message to the general that we are now under?
Everyone needs to PM me to re-enlist. Many of the old generals and squad leaders have left. So please send all PMs to me to re-enlist for the military.

I see your point, Buzzy. Why not include the National Guard in defense of MPP-attacked countries, though?
Do National Guard people get paid or just Marines/Army?
Im in the Naval Academy and I\'m not getting paid....

While the National Guard is a reserve force, in extreme circumstances the US government reserves the right to use its military forces in any way affordable to them. However we will never ask Mayors and Congressmen to resign positions in order to fight.

The US Military does not have a Naval Academy. I am sorry if you are being scammed by someone but the US has no Naval Department
What would be the possibility of making some sort of officer rank whose responsibility could be to pay the people below them? I think this could eliminate some of the problems with various soldiers being paid? Also this could be done with munitions and food as needed.
