Join the new world

Hello all,

this is my mid-congress update, so you all know what I have been up to:

- I have commented on the Gifting Bill, tried to bring the scheme closer to young players, but the final version has only some of my input, the claiming has been only allowed for food and moving tickets - this bill has a very strong opposition in House of Lords

- I voted for eUK joining the new Phoenix alliance - this should bring active countries closer together and as the battle in Japan has shown we are on good track to keep strong ties with many of our old allies from PEACE

- I have been involved in discussions on new administrative division of eUK more on this later

- Still looking for more happy souls to put their hands on EoE's Council gift baskets - contact me for details

- The usual congress business - moving money away from Treasure to Bank of England and some more

Besides the PP elections are coming and I'll publish my support for one of the candidates this weekend.
