Mi experiencia en las relaciones internacionales se inició cuando fui CP por primera vez. En esa oportunidad plantee el primer NAP con Chile. Debo aclarar que la negociaciòn con Johan, nombre RL de HerrVodka fue durísima, comportándose siempre como un caballero, y visto desde la distancia me doy cuenta que fue el inicio del camino en conjunto que hoy transitamos.

Tuve participación en el HQ de Asteria en las dos veces que los argentinos decidieron votarme como su CP, experiencia que en el día de hoy tenga una relacion de amistad con personas como VOODOO ePOPEYE, VampireA, informer y tantos otros que hoy toman decisiones en sus países. Posteriormente, represente a nuestro paìs en Syndicate, luego del golpe a SOF hasta la disolución de la alianza, y recientemente participé en la formación de Andes.

¿Que ha cambiado en todos estos años? Lo fundamental, la comunicación. Antes usábamos el irc solamente. Hoy en dìa, el whatsapp y el discord nos permite tener una comunicación constante y fluida. Todos estos años de hablar con muchos jugadores de distintos países, te permiten conocer la opinión y los puntos de vista de mucha gente del e-mundo. Al acumular todas estas vivencia me doy cuenta que hoy en día, para un país o un gobierno, la estrategia de comunicación, ya sea interna como externa es tan o más importante que el planeamiento militar o económico.



¿Que ventajas y desventajas existen?
No existen planes secretos ni disparatados.



Hasta acá el pasado reciente y no tanto, dónde ha habido muchos comentarios, conjeturas, planes delirantes que han circulado, muchas veces desde el desconocimiento de la realidad mundial. En este punto me gustaría aclarar algunos puntos sobre Andes, nuestra actual alianza.

Ya desde antes de la entrada de Argentina en Andes muchos plantearon equivocadamente que podría ser un Syndicate II, los que así lo hicieron, se equivocaban. Andes nace más como Alianza social que militar. Los miembros de Syndicate tenían sus propios intereses militares, regionales y políticos. Andes los tiene en común. Andes busca otro lugar distinto en el concierto de alianzas que el que tenía Syndicate. Tampoco se creó Andes para competir con las grandes alianzas, de hecho planteamos una nueva forma de relacionarnos sin ser pro ni anti. Andes se pensó como una alianza de amigos que se juntaban para pelear sí, pero más aún para interactuar socialmente.

En cuanto al futuro de Andes, el sentimiento de unión entre las comunidades está bien fuerte. Quizás falte una mayor participación de los gobiernos en el manejo diario, pero es algo sencillo de solucionar a través de la voluntad de coordinar juntos. Conseguido esto, el próximo desafío será plantear una estrategia de comunicación conjunta del que sean partícipes todos los ciudadanos.

My experience in Foreign Affairs - the present

I began in the Foreign Affairs in my first period of being Argentinian CP. At that moment, I signed the first NAP with Chile. I must clarify that the negotiation with Johan (RL name of HerrVodka) was very hard, always behaving like a complete gentleman, and seen from a distance I realize that was the beginning of the road that we are traveling today.

I work in the Asteria’s HQ the two times that the argetines decided to vote me as their CP, an experience that today brings me the friendship relationship of people as VOODOO ePOPEYE, VampireA, informer and so many that today take decisions in their countries. Later, I represent our country in Syndicate, after the impeach of SOF until the dissolution, and recently participated in the creation of Andes.

What have changed in these years? The fundamental, communication. Before we used the irc only. Nowadays, whatsapp and discord allow us to have a constant and fluid communication. All these years of talking to many players from different countries, let me know the opinion and the views of many people in the e-world. As I accumulate all these experiences I realize that today, for a country or a government, the communication strategy, whether internal or external, is as or more important than military or economic planning.



What are the advantages and disadvantages?
There are no secret or crazy plans.



So far the recent past and not so much, where there have been many comments, conjectures, delirious plans that have circulated, many times since ignorance of the e-world reality. At this point I would like to clarify some points about Andes, our current alliance.

Already since before the entrance of Argentina in Andes, many wrongly posed that could be a Syndicate II, those who did, were wrong. Andes was born as a social alliance rather than a military one. Syndicate members had their own military, regional and political interests. Andes has them in common. Andes is looking for a different place in the alliance concert than Syndicate had. Andes was not created to compete with the great alliances, in fact we propose a new way of relating to us without being pro or anti. Andes was thought of as an alliance of friends who came together to fight each other, but even more so to interact socially.

As for the future of the Andes, the feeling of union between the communities is very strong. There may be a lack of greater involvement of governments in day-to-day management, but it is easy to solve through a willingness to coordinate together. Once this has been achieved, the next challenge will be to establish a joint communication strategy that all citizens will share.
