This is a quick but very important message:

If you are a congress member of the NKWP and you want to propose a bill before congress - you MUST discuss this on the party forums first. That is a minimum, and preferably you should also put it up for discussion on the national forums, but if need be someone else can do that.

Beware; if our party is not allowed to discuss a proposal before it is laid out we will have no choice but to vote it down, no matter it’s content. This is to protect the democratic process.
