Memorandum
To: All eUS Military personnel, Militias and Civilian Volunteers
From: NXNW, Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff
Date: Day 859
Subject: Options to the EDEN Alliance
Over the past few days I have received many PMs from members of Congress, troops in the Military and citizens regarding possible alternatives to the EDEN Alliance. In general I try and avoid politics but as the volume of these inquiries is increasing it seems appropriate to post a summary of the various options available to the USA.
These options are simply that, options, and I am not prepared at this time to advocate for a particular course of action as the Congress is still debating this issue.
In no particular order:
1) Neutrality: The USA would step back from all relationships and reassess our plans for the future.
2) Join Phoenix: The USA would "pull a UK" and switch sides. In regard to this option I will contradict my above statement about commenting on a specific option, if we take this course of action I will immediately resign my position, renounce my US citizenship and find somewhere friendly to continue the fight against Phx. I have no doubt that 95% of the military would do the same.
3) Join Entente: The USA would align itself with the battered Entente alliance of France, Italy & Ukraine.
4) Join Sol: As much of the action is in Asia the USA would find itself very busy. Sol leaders have been very welcoming and are easy to work with in my personal experience.
5) Brolliance: The USA would focus on existing relationships with Canada, Australia & New Bro Ireland.
6) Many Worlds Approach: The USA would continue as a staunch Brolliance member, build ties with Sol nations and maintain MPPs with various close friends who happen to be EDEN members.
In the eWorld the USA is not a superpower like Hungary or Poland. We can be considered a 'Great Power" and have capabilities similar to countries such as Serbia, Spain, Romania, Croatia and Russia. While we might not be the biggest nation we are certainly a strong country and there are many nations inside and outside EDEN that appreciate our friendship.
Whatever our status the USA has a moral obligation to fight the good fight. Sometimes that means we help defend Croatia from Hun/Serb aggression; at other times we help liberate countries like South Africa. The pursuit of this good fight is, to me, our true eAmerican Dream.

I will remain loyal to the eUnited States name no matter what becomes of this.
I enjoy numbers, but 6 is nice because its the product of two consecutive numbers.
Also that option is p cool and doesn't afraid of anything.

I'd stay EDEN, yeah. If the USA actually did switch sides, I'd drop it in a heartbeat; probably run back over to Romania. Maybe to Spain or Poland.
I'd stay EDEN.
HOWEVER...if we HAVE to leave. I'd go with 6 because it is the method in which we regained our regions back and that obviously worked great.

I hope you guys stay in Eden but whatever you decide should be decided as soon as possible or at least talked as much as possible behind closed doors.This continued talking in the media about it hurts both you and Eden.
I would like to see the US stay with Eden, but being an ex-Army soldier I would follow the leadership of NXNW wherever that took me!
If EDEN can actually work together, I'd like to stay with them. But whatever happens, I am loyal to the Brolliance and would love to see Erin Go Bro!

These two go nicely together and it would assuredly help our Aussie friends. Hey, Mates! Giving us the option of two Theaters of Operation. Personally I would like to see us move through eSouth Africa to eSouth America, but our eAsian friends need our help also.
BTW...we join PHOENIX and half the country will leave.
I agree that we have a moral obligation to oppose Phoenix tyranny no matter what happens with EDEN. I like 5 and 6 though. Which ever options includes the strongest connection to the Brolliance will be my vote.

i am a great fan of general NXNW but to say this is shocking.
we are a super power we have the strongest economy in the world and so we are the most wealth miles above poland and a stronger miliarty then the huns.
and at what time was the eusa at it's stongest?

allies argue with each other ,but they always find way to work things out, just look at Polish - Spain relations today , they are great , but it's hard to believe that we were fighting against each other ( Spanish for Argentina vs Peru , and Poles for France vs Spain ).
great powers like USA , Hungary , Spain , Poland , Croatia , Romania , Serbia can't do anything alone , they got to cooperate. If not Finlands attack on russia we would loose Rhone Alps but they helped us so now we got to return the favor
