Meet The Contestants

Day 861, 11:14 Published in USA USA by NeilP99

Today marks the official start of the eAmazing Race! After reading through the entries and carefully considering each person I’ve selected a group of contestants to take part in the race around the eWorld. Today I’m going to introduce them to you, and explain how the race will kick off, as well as a little more detail about each leg of the race. So without further delay, here are the contestants!

At this time all of these contestants have received personal messages from me informing them that they have been selected as contestants. They have been told to read this article for the needed information for the race, so everything from this point of the article on is directed both at them, and at the people who will be following their race.

In the next 24 hours the contestants will donate everything they have except American currency and houses to an organization of their choice. If they do not have an organization then I can offer one to them if they PM me. From this point on if they receive any donations they will be disqualified from the race if those donations are not immediately returned to their sender. They can however, receive gifts from any source. As soon as all of the contestants have cleared their inventory they will all receive a personal message telling them where to go and what challenge to complete for the first stage of the race. This message could come at any time, so they should check their accounts regularly. The race will continue in similar fashion until only one person is left.

Some of the challenges will require the contestants to buy their own moving tickets and in other challenges I will supply them with moving tickets. Throughout the race the contestants will have to buy their own food, or can choose not to eat, wellness will not be a factor in deciding a winner. Most legs of the race will involve a 3 day stop in a country, so they can get jobs without worrying about being able to quit those jobs. If a stop is going to take less than 3 days then it will be a 24 hour stop, meaning that nobody should lose their hard worker streak if they log in at least once or twice a day.

For now that is all the information that the contestants should need. They will receive messages telling them what their first destination is in the next day or two, and that will mark the start of the race for them. After each stage I will publish an article recapping the action and showing the overall standings of the race, as well as who was eliminated. So let the race begin, and thanks for reading!
