Cue "Approaching Menace".




First in the chair this week is Zaphod, congressman of the People's Communist Party, whose specialist subject will be The Career of Curtis Mayfield.

Next to face the spotlight will be Sir Robert V, PP candidate of the UKPP, whose specialist subject is Scottish Independence.

Next in the black chair will be eBrit University Chancellor Madelina de Melrose, whose specialist subject is Novels of David Eddings.



Before I get into interrogating our first contender, I will briefly go over the rules of this tournament.

A total of 12 people will particpate along a timetable of seven weeks to be crowned the Grand Mastermind Champion. A 1000 pound reward comes with this title. The first four weeks are quarterfinals. The winner of each quarterfinal, as well as the top two runner-ups, will proceed to the semifinals. The winner of each semifinal, as well as the top runner-up, will proceed to the finals, where the winner will be crowned the Grand Mastermind Champion.

The interrogation of our first contender shall commence at my next article.
