Martial Law

Since hardly anyone showed up for the meeting, I am declaring martial law. The party shall be renamed Greek Independents Party. Whether this will be permanent or temporary is yet to be determined.

I have designed a logo myself, but I need your honest opinions... Should the name be in Greek, or English?
In Greek it would be: ελληνικό ανεξάρτητο κόμμα.
In English: Greek Independents Party.
This matters because of the prospective initials of the party. GIP versus EAK. I will use one of the two initials for the name on the logo here:

Please also state your preference on whether the initials should be on the top or bottom...

NOTE: I will not be taking any other suggestions for names. You guys had your chance during the meeting. We may discuss this topic in future meetings.

Zonianos, το HPC ήταν το κατεξοχήν κόμμα των Ελλήνων της διασποράς και των ξένων φίλων μας. Μπορούμε να πούμε ότι τα Αγγλικά είναι η "επίσημη" γλώσσα τους.

@Veni_Zelos: Υπάρχει και ένα RL party που ονομάζεται ΕΕΚ, Εργατικό Επαναστατικό Κόμμα 😛, χωρίς όμως να το μπέρδεψε ποτέ κανείς με το "δικό μας" ΕΕΚ 😉.

@Anthonios: What do you mean Martial Law? Just that you will decide to change the name and logo or even the orientation without consulting the other members? I do believe that you overreact and that you are being vengeful and that behaviour works in favour of your opponents. (Excuse me for the preaching)
About the logo I find it impressive, far ahead from any other greek parties. I suggest you choose the english name GIP (sounds like Jeep indeed 😛), because I do not like greeklish for the official party name. If you could choose greek characters, both names would be the same for me. Of course an english name is more recognizible by foreigners.

I have also a question. What do you mean 'independents'? Independent from what? Are the other parties dependable?
