March Elections - Endy running for President!

Good citizens of Norway! I'm Endy and I'm running for President. I am a RL Norwegian born and raised. In good and bad times I have always stood by my country. I hope to get your support in the election tomorrow. Even though we live in troubled times I am confident we will once again see eNorway free.

My experience.

I have played this game for years, and I have been involved with politics the whole time.
In this time I have served as Ambassador, Congressman, MoI and MoD.
My current position as Minister of Foreign Affairs has given me a lot of contacts in EDEN, Terra and pro-EDEN countries. It has also given me a lot of experience that will be useful if I am to be elected President.

PTO-threat

Vikinzi is not as active as they used to be, but they are still here. A lot of their members want to leave, - and some have - but getting a new CZ is difficult now as Serbia has no Congress and cannot accept requests. We have to stay vigilant and my top priority is to make sure that we do not have any regions on the Congress election day. This is not an ideal situation, but the lesser of two evils. Stay strong, we will prevail, we always do.


Political Activity.

Congress used to be the gateway to politics for young players, I did not get in on my first attempt, but it was till the start. I wrote a speech and got in contact with others from my party. If you were active and dedicated it would usually not take long before you gott the support needed to join Congress.
Today it's a different story. I have however a couple projects planned for this period.

Right now, because of the PTO we have so far focused on one Norwegian candidate. To get a better sense of democracy I propose to turn the position of vice-president into an elected position. This position will have real authority and everyone will be encouraged to run.

Tommy Skaue has proposed a set of missions and has received a lot of feedback and suggestions on this. They can be compared to the ingame missions, but these will be focused on the first weeks for new players and be tailored for the Norwegian eSociety. It will contain suitable rewards financed by the government and/or private donations.
We will continue to work on these and hopefully have them up and running by the end of this month.

Stakerauo has designed a system of decorations, "Utmerkelser." He will lead the implementation of these in the coming days.
