Dear Readers!

This day is one of the most important days of the Hungarian history. Today we remember the heroes of the Independence War against the Habsburgs and we celebrate the day of Revolution.
In the war of 1848-49 many serbian generals helped the Hungarian army against the Emperor of Austria. One of them, Jovan Damjanić won many battles, but finally he was executed on the 6th of October 1849 as a main leader of the rebels.
Help us remember the heroes from Hungary and Serbia.
