I have been out of erep for a a few months, but have always kept a behind the scenes look at whats going on. I have decided to come back to erep because I think the country needs me.
From what I have come to learn, is there is political chaos and what people are also terming madness. This is nothing new to our virtual society, and after coming back I am glad too see im not the source of the problem

This chaos in our society comes from idleness, and people having no respect for one another. It gets personal, and in the end someone always ends up crying.
The result is some sort of peace. People promising not to descend into the chaos again and moving forward... only of course to have that 2 months later were all at each other throats.
Some of us mature, yes. But in the end chaos rules, till a new king is crowned.
Chaos emerges because one group of people have been in power too long. The solution is a change in leadership. In the end it is the leadership who must take final responsibility. Accept that they too are only human, and not above the electorate. Its the flaw of man and the quest for power.
Its the flaw of man.
Well I am what many would consider to be an old fart, and i have experienced my share over the years. So I can make such judgments. In the end I have been humbled as well, and that in itself adds a certain aspect of wisdom. After all I know im not the only one. We all make mistakes, but it are the amazing victories that we will all remember. The times of glory.
The times of battles won and lost.
Madness???
No the eNL is not in a state of madness.
The term comes from our battle against poland when they first invaded us.
We stood alone as a nation and fought the impossible fight. During the first polish invasion of the eNL, we managed to force poland to spend lots of money on what should have been a simple task.
In the end we lost, but we did manage to fight hard till the very last battle. Allies stood with us, our nation stood proud, and despite the loss, we were the heroes of eRep. We were Legend..... wait for the Madness.... DAIRY!

So everyone I wish to say to you, put your pride aside and let us look to the future once more and thus I say to you:
Lets start reliving the former glory.
Lets rebuild the nation like a Pheonix who rises from the ashes.
The time to rebuild has come once again.

I would consider you if you hadn't just come back from the grave. I am not sure how I can put my faith in someone who hasn't been around in over a year. This is nothing against your credentials or stances but I do not feel comfortable with someone swooping in to take the CP without really proving themselves after such a long recess. Perhaps next month after you have been reintroduced and are actively involved in community affairs.
I have not been active since sept with erep. But to be honest itis an easy game to pck up. Especially if you do read the forums once a month. But besides that experience is all u need to be cp. I have that. With the right people everything is possible.
That really gives me nothing to go off of.

There is a reason GPN has been in power for that long, its what the people wish for. If its not what people wanted than GPN members wouldn't be voted in. It's as simple as that. The only thing it seems like when other parties accuse GPN of being in power to long is that they are upset because they keep getting defeated time and time again. Instead of ripping on a party for being able to brand itself as the dominant political force in a country for a long time now and being the party people vote for and trust in, perhaps take a page from their books, see what they are doing right and try and do it better for yourselves and your own parties.
However I like the article (so voted) and welcome back.
thats easy to say but when the GPN, tells other people not to vote for other parties and basis it on 5 gold extra for the country, then you have a problem, and thats no longer democracy. Just because you think you have the votes doesn't make it right. Leadership is done best hen you have all parties being part of the decision making process. It is must be agreed upon in congress. I have found the governments that have worked the best were the ones where we had members of all parties.
The MoF is not from GPN. And if you think people really do agree with you, then we will see come election time but something tells me that your name here may only be remembered by a select older few, and if it's your name your banking on to take this election for you well then...I think you better start recalculating your election strategy.
