Now, you can very easily say I can't possibly offer an unbiased opinion on the Voter's Club. Although I love being a congressman thus far, the primary reason I play this game is to utilize it's media module. I love writing and reading people's articles. It's an amazing tool for communication, education, and even those special writers that can entertain.

I can't promise this will be a strictly factual article. There's definitely going to be a good amount of emotion/moral based jabs I'll throw out.

I'll definitely try to stay on course though. So, using voters-clubs (I believe that's the main one, I've seen at least 2+ at this point) as a reference, let's first take a look at the price before anything else.

The Anti-eJournalism Menu:

Per 100 Votes = 350 CC
Per 100 Subs = 450 CC

So, 3.5 CC per vote, 4.5 CC per sub. There's no incentive to order at a larger rate, the price stays the same regardless. So, just think about that during campaigning times. I saw a very good amount of articles during that time with 1000+ votes on them... with like 10-30 comments.

The comments to votes ratio was almost always well under 25%. Let's just use my newspaper as an example to compare.

1st article: 21 votes, 19 comments
2nd article: 18 votes, 12 comments
3rd article: 11 votes, 6 comments
4th article: 12 votes, 10 comments
5th article: 25 votes, 16 comments
6th article: 24 votes, 11 comments
7th article: 17 votes, 5 comments
8th article: 23 votes, 7 comments
9th article: 22 votes, 19 comments

It should be noted my newspaper is significantly smaller in subs and audience, but I can't imagine that making so significant of a difference between the two ratios. eYoung Turks gets between 29% to 90% in regards to comments to votes. Make of that what you will, but my point's made nonetheless.

I'm sure that little illustration was unnecessary. Everyone who knows about the voters club knows what it is and what it looks like when it's being used. But, again, think about the money going to the Serbians during our campaigning times. We're talking around 1,000 to 10k+ CC during this time (potentially).

Anyone who's saying "Well, it is what it is. You can't stop something like VC existing. Supply-demand", yeah, you're right. The market for wanting votes and these outlets existing will always be there. However, we don't HAVE to shoot ourselves in the foot while doing so.

If everyone collectively got behind erepjobs.tk, we could set the price and be the beneficiaries of this market. I've heard there are voters clubs that belong to allies of ours, but someone who have to refer me to them. I barely know which belongs to who (not that it particularly matters to me).

Back to the subject of erepjobs though, there were 1.5k votes cast in this last ePOTUS election. If everyone that voted gave a enough of a damn and got behind erepjobs, we could run the market. Or at least make some competition and gain some revenue.

For example, if everyone, or at least 2/3s or 500, some significant number... got behind erepjobs and set the price to 2CC per vote, 3CC per sub, boom. You kill two birds with one stone, take some money away from Serbian VCs, add some revenue. Maybe this is all baseless speculation. If there's some piece of information I'm missing, by all means correct me.

But, I know that's pretty much only going down in my eUtopia. Huge shout out to Mike Ontry, I can't go onto my friends tab without seeing him there promoting erepjobs. That's what I'm going to do and what I feel you, the reader, should as well.

Lastly, just remember... when you use Serbain VCs, you're responsible for this:

Absolutely heart-breaking... smh

Joking aside, it's just a bad practice overall. I'm only trying to promote erepjobs because I know there's going to be people who want to buy votes and those who can sell them. It just corrupts the media. To think that a certain article has as many votes as it does and could be contributing to Serbia's bank account is disheartening at the least.

And for example, what if someone like me ran for president? And hypothetically, my ideas absolutely murk my opponents'. I just kick his/her ass in a debate, but nobody knows I exist cause I'm broke and therefore can't get campaigning articles into the top 5.

What if someone is publishing an amazing article that won't get the views it deserves because the top 5 is filled with vote-purchased articles? It just taints eJournalism as a whole, that's why I'm against the use of VCs, although not as much as I am against their existence.

Ok, now I'm done forreal. The rant is over. If you're reading this, you made it. Thank you very much for your time and have a good one. Do the right thing... for America!!!

^America. So c'mon, fam. You got no excuse now.
