So i've been trying to get this jumpstarted for a while now, what i've been trying to do is start a newspaper that bundles all the news in Japan over the course of the week into 1 brief article that could be posted on Sunday. It would be done unbiased, and citizens who find it hard keeping up with whats going on could just trace back to that article.

He used to the same thing in the eUSA back in BETA. It was a huge success back then and I'm sure the same effect could be had here.
