On 22 September 1908 in Turnovo (city in Bulgaria) was declared the Independence of Bulgaria. Since this day over Kingdom of Bulgaria is no longer under the reign of the Turkish Empire but Independent country. The document declaring the Bulgarian Independence is signed by the Russian Emperor; that actions of Bulgaria and Russia raised both countries’ authority and made Bulgaria equal to the other independent countries in Europe. Today is the Bulgarian Independence Day so pour wine everybody!
