Sorry, one more update.

In talking with the USA's national security advisor I was informed that building a hospital in Trenton would be a risky thing to do. If we were to be invaded (being a border area) we could lose the hospital.

Although a hospital would greatly benefit Trenton, it would remain a conditional project. Either way we could still save money for it, but building it would depend on you, the Citizens of Trenton, being willing to step up and take an active role in the military to defend against any possibility of invasion.

I agree, let this decision be up to the people, but make sure you have a strong voice in it.
