LLAMADO A LICITACIÓN PÚBLICA

ADQUISICIÓN DE COMIDA DE DIFERENTES NIVELES y ARMAS Q4, Q5 y Q6 PARA EL MINISTERIO DE DEFENSA NACIONAL

El Ministerio de Economía Industria y Trabajo (MEIT) hace un llamado invitando a Empresarios y Grupos Empresariales Nacionales y Extranjeros a participar a esta Licitación Pública.

ALCANCE

La licitación tiene por objeto adquirir helicópteros (Q4), tanques Q5 y tanques Q6, así como Comida de cualquier nivel de Q hasta cubrir los requerimientos. Las ofrtas podrán incluir ofertas para diferentes requerimientos sin ser necesario ofertar para más de uno de los requerimientos que abajo se detallan:

Armamento:
Armas Q6 (Mamuths): 500 unidad
Armas Q5 (Tanques): 500 unidad
Armas Q4 (Helocópteros): 1000 unidad
Comida:
Comida (diferentes niveles de Q): hasta cubrir 100.000 puntos de salud

REQUISITOS

Podrán optar a la propuesta, las Empresas o Particulares Nacionales o Extranjeros que envíen su propuesta por única vez, indicando cantidad de unidades ofrecidas y el precio por unidad para cada uno de los lotes por los que desee competir, pudiéndolo hacer por uno o más de los lotes de esta licitación. El monto de la propuesta por cada lote no puede superar los valores máximos por cada lote según la siguiente tabla. De hacerlo la propuesta entera será anulada.

ENTREGA DE PROPUESTAS

Desde el momento de publicar esta licitación y hasta las 18:00 horas del día 1562 eRST, se reciben las propuestas enviándomela mediante mensaje in-game con el siguiente formato:

Las propuestas se mantendrán confidenciales.

CIERRE DEL PROCESO

Una vez concluido el proceso se seleccionarán las propuestas manejando las ofertas para los distintos niveles de arma por separado, mientras que se priorizará menor precio por unidad de salud en el caso de los alimentos, tomándolo como un único lote. En segundo lugar en caso de empate por los criterios anteriores se priorizará por nivel de experiencia, dando preferencia a los niveles menores. La selección de los lotes será solo hasta cubrir la demanda, pudiendo así fraccionar la propuesta en caso de superar el alcance. Una vez concluido el proceso, y tras publicar la lista de propuestas seleccionadas, las partes ganadoras deberán ponerse en contacto conmigo para coordinar la entrega de los bienes.
Una vez confirmadas la entregas, se les hará efectiva la transferencia correspondiente a las arcas de el o los ganadores correspondientes.

The Ministry of Economy, Industry and Labor (MEIT) invites Foreign and Domestic businessmen and business groups to participate n this public bidding.

Scope

The objective of this public bidding is to acquire helicopters (Q4), Q5 and Q6 tanks and food of diifferent level to meet the requirements. The offer may include offers for different requirements without the need to offer for more than one of the requirements which are listed bellow:

Weapons:
Q6 Tanks (mammoth): 500 unit
Q5 weapons (tanks): 500 unit
Q4 Weapons (Helicopters): 1000 unit
Foo😛
Food (different Q levels): to cover 100,000 health points

Requirements

To be able to participate in this bidding, the interested parties must submit their proposal only once, indicating number of units offered and the price per unit for each of the lots for which you want to compete, being able to do so for one or more of the lots. The amount of the proposal for each lot can not exceed the maximum values shown in the table bellow, in which case the entire proposal will be canceled.

The proposals will remain confidential.

PROCESS END

Once the process is closed, the proposals will be handled separately for different Q levelos of guns, while priority will be given to the lower price per health unitin the case of food offers, taking it as a single batch. Secondly, the offers will be selected by experience level, with preference given to lower levels. The selection of the batch will be only to meet the demand, thus being able to split the proposal if the offer excedes de remaining demand. After the process, and after publishing the list of selected proposals, the selected parties should contact me to coordinate the delivery of the goods.
After the delivery is confirming, the corresponding funds will be transfered to the coffers of the winners.
