Join the new world

After succesfully making the leap into the top five parties, the Libertarian Party will be fielding candidates in every region of the United Netherlands in the next election. New Liberty and the Libertarian Party are committed to publishing both statements of principle and practical political manifestoes. In that spirit New Liberty presents the Libertarian Party's general, five point statement of intent for congress.

1. In congress, the Libertarian Party's members will pursue a policy of cooperation with Iron&Wine and the Green Liberal Democrats. The Libertarian Social Democrat and Belgian Parties are both powerful in the United Netherlands, and as a small party, the Libertarian Party believes that we can best serve the common people of the United Netherlands by helping to form a strong opposition.

2. The Libertarian Party commits itself to advancing the cause of alliance with Germany, the United Kingdom, and France in congress. It is crucial to the United Netherlands' future that we seek alliances with these countries and isolate the enemy in Flanders and Brussels.

3. The Libertarian Party has an ongoing policy of opposition to the enlargement of state companies. In congress the Libertarian Party's members will seek to continue this policy.

4. The Libertarian Party doubts the effectiveness of a political settlement in the occupied territories, and hereby states its support for an eventual military resolution, a policy the members will aim to support in congress.

5. In agreement with the Party's democratic values, party members who are not in congress will retain the right to suggest policy to the party, which pending general agreement will be further pursued by our congress members. In short, anyone can suggest policies for the congress members to suggest in congress.

As above, this party is committed to practical statements of intent, not personality summaries. These are the policies that the Libertarian Party's members of congress will pursue in congress. As in our previous article, New Liberty states that the Libertarian Party is a party that will never be afraid to be controversial, and will always defend the freedom of the common people, no matter how big their opponent.
