Liam Smith Plans to Unite Ireland

It seems, that after countless inquiries and promises from Northern Ireland Congressman Liam Smith that the United Ireland Party would be nothing more than a party that was not about working to unite the Isle, bit he has gone against his word, and formed a party with exactly that objective. In a excerpt from their website, it states that the party's goals are to:
1) To represent the Nationalist communities in Northern Ireland.
2) Rejects any and all forms of violence for political leverage
3) To work peacefully and democratically towards a united Ireland

It took some searching to find these goals, as no official statement was made on the Northern Ireland boards as the eUK forms (http://forums.erepublik.co.uk/viewforum.php?f=19), but has instead been somewhat quietly released in an article with very view votes (http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/united-ireland-party-756449/1/20).
So with a somewhat quiet announcement, and a controversial start, what's next for the UIP?

Really, really don't bring rl into this game. It would not be wise and if you consider in game there was no time when NI was part of the RoI

I think that this article seems a little bit petty, although it does raise good points. A discussion about a United Ireland is not a bad thing to have. We all know that RL can often affect the New World, and in this place, we are given the chance to do things a new way. Now, if Liam's goal is to have a United Ireland (which I am not saying it is), then he should be open about that. Only by being upfront about our agendas can we openly discuss them. So may be for a United Ireland, others may be for Union with eUK, but talking about it is not a bad thing, so long as we remember to keep the history and politics of the RL out of it.

Didnt think so. This is not RL. There's no need to "unite" them because in Erepublik they were never United to begin with. We just have this discussion every time Ireland gets a big batch of new players that are all 15.
