Seeing as I do not force them to take the gifts, I see no problem with offering gifts.

You should take 100$ from those who accept the gifts. Not reward those who don't give them out. Your blatant double standards disappoint. It's not the fault of the Congressman that a voter wishes something fruitful to come out of voting. Each one of these guys probally has a team of mobile voters coerced by party funding and gifts behind them. Just saying, it's the norm - and it will always be so ; as it has always been.

I think is correct pay the trip for vote, and this is not bribe, simply because he must be free to offer a vote without losing his own money.

Furthermore, I pledge to offer 2 invited friends (probably inactive) to each voter, and even this, is not bribe: is a good way to increase our bonus strength, and ensure that the American people themselves become stronger every day. This is a real commitment.

I will likely end up voting for an active player who hasn't had a chance in congress, regardless of their stances(unless their ideas are mechanically impossible within the game). I don't vote for platforms or ideas, but for people who desire the opportunity to see what congress is about.

Alright, I'll take note of that ; of course , you are implying I am supportive of an alternate economic system. I am not. What you call communes, I call utilitarian capitalism. Money and the exchange of goods are what this game is based upon, however, what does it mean if a player quits because the initial fun (fighting) gets costly. I care about new players ; and thus I offer tanks and food to "keep them going". I'm the SecEdu ; and I find it flawed that my role should be restrained only to articles. I support three new players at the moment, I personally tutor them ; and I am working on getting their land established ; so they can help others - as I have helped them.

You will find that we think very similar ; we are both dreamers - looking for a perfect world we will never find. What you consider bribery, I consider reward. But in the end ; we are both looking for the same thing ; improved game play for new players.

Perhaps we'll cross paths again, as all idealists do.

Never took a penny from a candidate to vote for them. If I like where they are coming from then I go to said state and cast my vote.

The basic reason I fight the current, ill-crafted tax regime is that it hurts newbies the worst (I, as a dirty capitalist pig with both a Q5F & Q5W, actually pay less taxes than before Day 1430).
