레고 교육 및 지원 계획 (약자로 LEAD)

한달 넘게, 우리는 고난과 우리보다 훨씬 큰 적들과 싸워 왔습니다.
우리는 그 싸움에 많은 자원을 소비했지만, 승리를 장담할 순 없지요.

우리의 전략을 다시 세울 시간인 듯 합니다. 전쟁 시작 이후로, 우리는 우리의 에너지를 전쟁터에 쏟는데에만 집중했습니다.그리고 뉴비들을 정규군으로 성장시키는데 거의 집중하지 못했죠.

베이비붐은 e대한민국에 좋지만, 뉴비들은 전쟁을 승리로 이끌 수 없습니다.
기술과 지식이 부족한 뉴비들은 독립 후, 올드비들과 정부에 더 많은 도움과 관심을 필요로 하게 될 수 있기 때문이죠.

우리가 뉴비들을 e대한민국을 위해 정규군으로 만드려면, 더 많은 식량이 필요합니다.

우리는 뉴비들에게 이 게임에 더 흥미를 끌게 하고, 신뢰를 줘야 하며, 식량을 줘야 하고, 그들에게 재미대가리가 없으면 어떤 버튼이나 열나게 두들기라고 말해줘야 합니다.
우리는 뉴비들의 기량을 키울 필요가 있습니다.

LEAD의 주 목적은 뉴비들에게 지식을 전수해주고, 그 지식을 연습하도록 해주는데에 있습니다

지식 전수로는, 우리가 어제 발행한 ‘각자의 수입에 따른 회사 건설’ 등이 있으며,
우리는 이러한 지식들을 더 전수해 줄 필요가 있습니다.
이러한 기사들로, 저는 뉴비 여러분들께 저희가 여러분이 게임을 좀 더 이해하기 쉽게 만드려고 노력하는 것을 보여드림으로써 여러분의 신뢰를 얻고, 여러분이 이 게임을 약간이라도 쉽게 느끼시길 바랍니다.

저는 또한 여러분의 곁에서 게임을 플레이하는 사람이 있음으로써 좀 더 게임을 쉽게 배우실 수 있을거라 생각하여, LEA에 올드비 몇명이 상주하며 뉴비들이 게임을 좀 더 배울 수 있도록 하고 있습니다. 저는 여러분이 잘 하시고 있다는걸 알고 있습니다.

이 프로그램은 또한 뉴비들에게 1000원에서 2000원을 빌려주어서, 그들이 회사를 세울 수 있도록 도울 것 입니다. 우리에게는 이 프로그램 완수를 위해 몇가지 집중해야 할 것이 있습니다.

하루 수입을 증가시켜서, 뉴비들이 식량이나 무기를 더 사서 데일리 오더를 마칠 수 있도록 도울 것.

e대한민국의 생산력을 늘리고 e대한민국의 마켓에 많은 양의 물량이 풀리도록 할 것.

시민들이 정부로부터 약간의 경제적 자유를 얻고, 그러함으로써 복지에 좀 더 투자하도록 할 것

LEAD 대출 프로그램에는 아래와 같은 조건이 있습니다:

1. LEAD 대출 프로그램은 현재 자금 50000원이 있음.

2. 모든 e대한민국 시민이 참여할 수 있지만, LEA 멤버가 우선권을 얻음.

3. 모든 지원자들은 그들이 대출금을 상환할 수 있는 능력을 보이도록 적어도 1개의 메달을 획득해야 함.

4. 이 대출 프로그램은 이자가 없고, 기간도 없지만, 대출자가 메달을 획득할 시 그 골드로 대출금을 상환할 것을 권장함. 우리는 그 어느 돈도 자금에 추가하지 않을것임.

만약 누군가가 대출금을 상환하지 않을 경우, 그 만큼 지원 받을 수 있는 사람이 적어지고, 그 책임은 전적으로 그 사람에게 따름.

5. 아래와 같은 사람은 취급하지 않습니다:

i. 멀티들, 너가 로봇이라면, 그냥 지원하지 마요.

ii. 빚이 열라게 많으신 빚쟁이분들, 새로 대출 받기 전에 저번거부터 갚고 오세요.

iii. 공공의 적

LEGO Education and Development Scheme (LEAD scheme)

Over the last month, we have fought hard against the odds, against a bigger opposition. We have spend a lot of resources on it, but we couldn't manage to win.

It is time for us to rethink our strategy. Since the start of the war, we have put concentrated our energy on the battlefield. And not nearly enough to train the babies and turn them into regular soldiers.

The Baby boom is a good thing for eSK, but babies cannot win a war. Babies in general lack the skill and knowledge to become independent, they need attention and help from the more senior players and the government.

So in order to make the babies and turn them into regular soldiers of our country, we need to do more just feeding them food.

We need to make the game more interesting for them, and believe me, giving them food, and tell them to smash some buttons whenever they feel like it isn't interesting. We need to give them a sense of accomplishment.

The aim of the LEAD scheme is to offer them knowledge and help them to put this knowledge into practice.

In term of offering knowledge, we have published an article yesterday about how to choose what companies to create in order to increase your income, we will continue to do more of that. With articles like that, I hope you feel we are trying to explain the game to you rather than telling you what to do or believe, so you will understand the game a bit better.

I also think it is easier to learn from people who play along side you, I urge the senior members of LEA to keep helping the newer citizens to learn more about the game. I know a lot of you are doing some good work there.

In term of helping you to put things into practice, the first program in the LEAD scheme is the LEAD loan program.

The program allows our citizens to borrow 1000 to 2000 KRW to help them create their own companies. We aimed to accomplish a few things with this.

1. Increase your daily income, and allow them buy more food or weapon to help them to finish their daily order.

2. Increase the productivity of eSK and ensure there are plenty of goods available in our market.

3. Helping our citizens to achieve a little financial independent from the government, and thus reduce the cost of welfare.

There are some conditions to the LEAD loan program written as the following:

1. The LEAD loan program has a fund of 50000 KRW

2. All citizens can apply for it, but LEA members will be given priority first

3. Any applicant must demonstrate they have the ability to repay the loan by having at least 1 medal in their profile

4. This is a zero interest loan, we are no charging any interest, but we expect you to pay back the loan once you got your next medal. We will not add any more money into the fund.

If someone did not repay their loan, then there will be less people we can help, and you will be responsible for it.

ii. For people who has outstanding debt from the scheme, please repay the loan before applying for a new loan.

iii. Enemies of the state.
