The thing that keeps a religion going is believers, and I plan on using that fact in our benefit. First, you need some people who already believe [In the eRepublik religion, those guys are you who read/vote this article], we take those guys and make them preachers and they spread the good word of our lord [Admins]. Simple as pie.

In a religion, all believers are equals [Except for those in robes and silly looking clothes] and this is why I now announce every eIsraeli a believer, a preacher, an honorary member of the Ministry of the Interior. And why? Because it is your national duty! Just like paying taxes, just like voting, in order to be a contributing member in this society, you are required to help if you can. Pitch in folks, it's for your own sake.

Clergymen aren't stupid, they know who will be the most zealous believer, those who have nothing or rather, nothing to lose. In eRepublik, those are all of those who want extra gold flow, those who don't buy gold. How will you get gold by following the eRepublik religion? Simple. I'll make it happen. I'll be the all powerful entity that knows if you've put the effort into making our eCountry stronger and in the end of this month I promise to be responsible for rewards for some of the members of the Ministry and some of the Honorary members of MoI [This means you].

I've said basically the same thing in the meeting in #Isr.MoI [That was held not long ago today]. Essentially, in my eyes, MoI is a national effort, and as such, should be done by one and all to benefit the country.

I name you all my deputies, my equals, my superiors. There is no hierarchy when it comes to recruiting people, but there is booty. So make my job difficult, ask questions, provide ideas, do all that you can to disturb me in any way possible and in the end of the month when I need to decide which of the few were the most hard working and deserve the recognition and reward, let it be my own personal hell to begin deciding who deserves to be rewarded first.

A note that I hope is redundant - No Multis, no cheating, no unethical acts of any kind.
