Learning For Life: eSouth African Educational Reform

Day 754, 10:07 Published in South Africa South Africa by eSA Ministry of Education

,Hello Citizens,
This is my first adress to you from the new Ministry of Education newspaper!
For those of you who don't know me, my name is Frank Furglar, and this term, I have been chosen to run the Ministry of Education, a vital service to the country and one which I have been and intend to overtake with enthusiastically and dilligently. Now, many of you know me as a reformist, and it's something which i'm very proud of being. I have sucessfully reformed 3 ministries and a health service, I aim on making the Ministry of Education another success story. But to do this, I need to have firm policies when it comes to our country's education.

Lets build on what we already have

We already have an excellent mentorship service and a brilliant healthcare service, the Ministry of Education should support these things, coordinating with the eSAHS to release healthcare articles (more on that later) and directing new citizens towards both mentorship and healthcare (Should they need it). Let's build on this further by implimenting the new, but playing to our strengths.as much as possible.

Let's Open A Public Access University

Well, I already have opened a public access university. I have asked Ministers to give short lectures on their departments (Lectures which I will occasionally expand on as much as i can) and am calling in experts in specialist matters from across the globe to come and share their wisdom, a public access university really is a good idea and one which we have neglected. Speaking of the University, Ryan Dagari will continue to specifically head up History while I personally oversee the direction of the department, Ryan has contributed quite a few good quality articles, and I have made it very clear that we will have a full archive by the end of this term! Progress towards this is going to begin to increase as I invite people from the eSouth Africa populace to write their own history articles and send them to this organisation or post them in the archives on the forums.

Let's Talk about Game Mechanics
The Ministry of Education has been quiet on the game mechanic front, this is one of the most important things we can provide the eSouth African citizenship with. I will be releasing at least 3 game mechanic and healthcare articles a week (Similar to the rotation i ran in the Ministry of Information). This will dramtically boost the education offered to all citizens.

Structural Reform
Ah yes! My favourite! Structural reform is going to take place in the department, I aim to turn education from a tiny help taskforce into a superMinistry which will cater for everybody's education needs.
I aim to recruit specialists from all areas to help lecture and write articles, thus including the community in the education of itself. More on this later
