The New Conservative Party faces one of its greatest trials to date on January 15th. I have announced that I will not seek re-election to the Party Presidency, partially because I want to cut back on the time I spend in eRepublik, partially to try to discourage PTOers, and partially because there are numerous competent, active, and prominent members who wish to step up and lead the party. It would feel forced to try to stay in place rather than give someone else an opportunity to do great things for our party, and this party has always been about what we can achieve as a team, and not simply about a crusty old pizza. It makes us special and unique in the political realm. It is time to be great. It is time to be extraordinary. It's time to recruit. It's time to grow. It's time to prosper as a party and a nation. You can do it NCP.
To those who wish to violate our party like Deershark once did, or to otherwise corrupt it and treat its members in a cruel fashion, let me give you a very clear warning. While I am stepping back, as the founding father of this party, I take its protection and sovereignty very seriously, and I will not allow those who plot against our party to succeed. If there is any effort by ANYONE who wishes harm upon our party, or wishes to be anything but a genuine, sincere, hardworking, and fair leader to all its members, I will unleash the fury of Admin upon you, and the Hungarian episode from 2010 will seem like a picnic compared to what I will do to you. Unfortunately, this sort of promise is the only thing that may even stand a chance of deterring people like this. Heed my words. Respect the NCP, or else.
With that said, I have no intention of relinquishing command of the AED anytime in the near future, so you will still have me as your Commanding Officer!

WRONG, leadership is basically giving some 1 else a goal in life and making him believe in it, and that's unfortunately the reason people with no goal are so loyal..... soo very loyal till the degree they are willing to suicide for the "cause"
