LAW PROPOSALS
Congressmen and presidents have the power to propose laws and vote on them through the country administration page.
Congressman can propose 2 laws in a term. Presidents can propose an unlimited number of laws, though financial laws can only be proposed by congressmen.
The voting process period of every law is 24 hours. By this time, laws from the same type cannot be proposed.
In order for a law to pass it needs the majority of the votes. Some laws require 2/3 (66
Laws that can be proposed by presidents:
• New welcome message - Changes the message which new citizens receive when they register. In order for this law to pass it requires the majority of votes.
• Buy constructions - Buys a hospital or a defense system from the market and places it in a selected region. The money is taken from the country's treasury. In order for this law to pass it requires the majority of votes.
• Mutual protection pact - Signs a mutual protection pact with another country for a period of 30 days. Both sides pay 10,000 currency from their treasury. If countries already signed on it, the period will be extended in 30 days. In order for this law to pass it requires the majority of votes.
• Airstrike - Proposes a non-neighborhood country as a target for an Airstrike.In order for this law to pass it requires the majority of votes.
• Declare war - Declares war to another bordering country. It costs 200 gold + 10% * number of citizens able to fight in the intiator's country. In order for this law to pass it requires the majority of votes.
• Natural enemy - Proposes neighboring country as a natural enemy. Starts a free war with the natural enemy. The proposing country's citizens get +10% influence bonus while fighting against their natural enemy. In order for this law to pass it requires 2/3 (66
• Trade embargo - Stops the trade between two countries for 30 days. If an embargo is active, it will be extended in 30 days. In order for this law to pass it requires the majority of votes.
• Peace treaty - Ends war between two countries. A sum of gold can be demanded from another country upon signing peace. in order for this law to pass it requires the majority of votes.
