I should mention before i start with the bulk of my article, that you are currently reading the #2 paper in Canada, with over 2000 subscribers. I would like to thank ALL of you who have subscribed recently, and i promise will do my best to provide you quality journalism and information. -Scorp
As i stated in my previous article, my sadly banned friend, No Idea has been holding a raffle for his q5 companies. The drawing will take place tomorrow so i encourage you to participate while you still can!
Only 1 more day left to go for the drawing of the 2 winners. Hurry up and buy tickets today.
Rules and Regulations
1. Tickets for this raffle will cost 1 gold per ticket.
2. A person can only buy a maximum of 5 tickets.
3. Entries are closed at day 760 16:00 eRep time.. Any entries received after this time will be entered into the draw but no tickets will be received.
4. Any citizen wishing to play must send their money to "Organization XD".
5. All players, upon purchasing a ticket, will receive a confirmation message when their transaction is processed.
6. Only the citizen who deposits the money into Organization XD's account can validate and redeem their winnings. Organization XD will not authorize any other player or organization to collect on your behalf unless it's confirmed by the winner's citizen account.
7. The winning name will be announced in Scorpius's newspaper immediately following the draw.
8. If the winner does not collect their winnings within 72 hours of the draw, another winner will be picked.
9. There will be only two winners. The first one will receive a Q5 Housing company and the second winner will get a Q5 Food company.
10. After the gold has been donated, the citizen needs to post in this thread to confirm their participation.
11. The winners will be decided by mytexttools.com/Random-Line-Picker.html
12. By purchasing a ticket, the player agrees to the above stated rules and regulations.

i believe my current tally is 2004. yes im aware this article isnt exactly the best read, however it is a personal obligation that i publish it and i stand by my choice. you can still expect quality out of this newspaper
