Se ha enviado una sencilla encuesta a más de 15 ciudadanos prominentes de Erepublik, incluyendo a los presidentes de algunas de las naciones más importantes, en ella se les preguntaba su punto de vista sobre España, como creían que debían ser las relaciones de su país con España y que valoraran varios de los países más importantes.

No todos han respondido, pero estas son las respuestas de los que sí lo han hecho. La traducción al español no es literal, pero se ha procurado mantener el sentido original del mensaje.

Eh, controvertido. Desde el primer día Pakistán ha sido odiada por España porque les derrocamos de los primeros puestos, un sentimiento que parece continuar hasta hoy. Yo, realmente, no estoy muy seguro de, hasta que punto, todo esto es tomado en serio desde el lado Español, y para ser sincero el resentimiento no es positivo.
Pero, ¿qué podéis hacer? Intentaré no desacreditarme a mi mismo. El problema es que, la actitud de "resentimiento en plan serio" hace más sencillo el provocar, lo cual puede llegar a ser bastante divertido.

España tiene mucho que ofrecer en forma de excedente económico cuando se necesite, y apoyo cuando se le pida. Pienso que mientras ambos países puedan mantener el respeto mutuo, las relaciones deberían continuar y continuarán mejorando.

La rivalidad puede ser buena para mantener a los ciudadanos interesados, pero parece que ciertos ciudadanos españoles se lo toman demasiado en serio y parecen ofendidos de verdad. De todas formas no hay razones por las que las cosas no puedan mejorar, ambos somos países fuertes.

Por encima de todo pienso, que la distinta personalidad entre los países más grandes y organizados es lo que mantiene la diversión en Erepublik. Italia y Suecia han mostrado inestabilidad en ocasiones (Italia más que Suecia, aunque nosotros estamos aliados con ellos), aun así todos ellos mantienen un interesante equilibrio. Esto hace más divertida la rutina diaria en Erepublik por ver que sucederá después.

They were asked about their view on Spain, how they think relationships between our countries should be, and to rate some of the most important countries.

Eh, controversial. From day one we were kinda hated by Spain because we knocked them off the top spot, a sentiment which seems to continue to this day. I"m honestly not sure how serious it all is on the Spanish side, and to be honest the bitterness is kinda lame. But what can you do? I try to stay out of mudslinging myself. Thing is the "serious business" attitude of resentment makes for easy trolling which is pretty funny.

Spain is one of the top countries in erepublik and it will be like this forever due to the interest of the Spaniards towards this kind of games. The political disrupting debates are what makes Spain stand out and it may be the making or the breaking of a megapower.

Spain is one of the best and most live countries in the game, not because of the number of people, but because they argue all the day. These discusions give many life to a country, and it"s one of the reasons of the success of Spain.

I actually try to keep good relations with every country. I dont think I can name one country that is truly an enemy of the US, and we keep a very open policy with all countries. Spain has a lot to offer in the forms of economic surplus when needed, and support when asked for. I think so long as both countries can keep their respect for each other for what the other brings to the table, then relations should and will continue to improve.

Like with all countries, I feel a trade agreement and a calm peace would be nice. We would have no reason for any hostilities between our countries and anything that helps relations is very welcome.

Rivalry can be a good thing to keep people interested, but seems certain people on your side take it far too seriously and seem genuinely offended.
No reason things cant improve though, we"re both strong countries.

Spain is a powerful but difficult country to treat with. The congress and the constant discussions slow down the decisions, but it"s a powerful and loyal country to have as friend.

I think overall, the difference in personality between the larger and more organized countries is what keeps Erepublik fun. Italy and Sweden have shown instability at times (Italy moreso than Sweden, although we are allied with them), yet all of them keep an interesting balance. It makes the daily routine at Erepublik fun to see what will develop next.
