Korea Rebels - Food market Restored?

The Korean province of Jeollanam-do is rebelling, led under an American citizen known as "kingnikolas".

I am not sure how big the rebellion is, but it seems as if though we will currently be able to hold the rebellion.
Food Market
Food companies have begun to sell food normally again.
This has happened before during the crisis, but ended with every bit of food disappearing from the market once again.
I suggest citizens with a 40+ in wellness do not stack themselves up with buying lots of food at this time. Instead, buy small amounts of food over a long period of time, so the guys with less money and yen can catch up.
The gift, ticket and house markets are still a bit troubled.

kingnikolas is acting on his own, according to the Korean government. They're too busy playing Starcraft to care about RW's atm. If I were Japan, I'd take this opportunity to get some xp and damage, and thank kingnikolas for his contribution to your army
Yeah, I think I'll rank up tonight or tomorrow. Too bad I converted all my GOLD these past few weeks.
The Korean government has publicly denounced the rwar and banned kingnikolas from ever setting foot in Korea - at least, we told him not to come 'round. We'll be taking steps to ensure that nobody from our side fights in the war.
