Join the new world

Dear Edutch,

As I indicated to you earlier this month I would not commit myself to the presidency to make room for new sounds in this way. However, in order not to lose my vision of the country, it seemed to me that, in addition to a ministerial post in the current government, it would be a good idea to enter the congress. This wish was fulfilled through the last election. For this I want to thank both GPN who put me at the number one on the election list! but of course also the people who voted for these elections on GPN!

Does this mean that I will drop my position as minister? no but I will try to keep the work that I am now doing as a minister separate from the work that I will perform within the congress.

However, in order to fulfill a promise for which I stood in the elections, I will be open about my votes. Also i put myself at the service of the EDutch population!

I would certainly like to hear from you if you have any questions about how things are going in the congress or have to pick up a point that is not being tackled now!
