KMG Day 1662 and beyond

I have been playing this version of eRep since January (I had played about 2 years ago for a couple months.) Initially, I made the mistake of joining eUSA, but thankfully was given citizenship to eNZ only after about 1.5 months. Thank you to those who helped me obtain that citizenship.

Since becoming an eKiwi, I joined the PnPP and KMG. Recently, we've had some personnel changes... correction, losses. What makes this sad is that these former KMG members were very active. Nevertheless, I absolutely believe we can make more of this than seems likely at the moment.

In business, (the non-multinational-super-corporate level) success is about making your customers love you more and more, not just keeping your current customers moderately satisfied. This is the mentality we should implement in the KMG! I'm not referring to satisfying those of us who might be leaders, instead, let's focus our energy on our recruits and soldiers. When new soldiers join, if they have reason to love being in the KMG, they have motivation to stay committed and active. It is through such dedication that we can succeed and surpass our predecessors.
