July eCanada Map has now been released!
dabman
Before I present July's eCanada map, let me say that I fully endorse Jacobi for a second term as eCanadian Prime Minister. I think he has done an excellent job with making his decision-making transparent and well-known to the citizens of eCanada. So well are his acts and decisions known that I think it is actually a disadvantage for him, since many opponents have the luxury of criticizing any perceived flaw. In my life as an eCanadian citizen, I have never seen such a clear and open executive system. As Minister of Communication for Jacobi's incumbency, I will do my best to continue this new Age of Transparency.
AND NOW I PRESENT July's map of eCanada!

So what has changed between June and July?
Well, Alberta can thank the government and SCOTIA for a now perfect infrastructure. A Q5 Defense System and Q5 Hospital have now been established in Alberta! That's about it for the good news.
As for some disconcerting news, there has been a steady drop in population across most provinces continuing for the past couple months. Most concerning of all is the dramatic drop of population in Quebec. Nova Scotia managed to keep a stable population, and Newfoundland actually was able to gain some citizens. It is very unfortunate to know that only 20 eCanadians defend our Western border at Yukon, however!
With Quebec's dramatic drop in citizens, British Columbia has now become eCanada's second most populated province.

lol the political endorsement could probably have been left for another article but the map was wicked.
Hey, if you don't want to read it, you don't have t😇
That is an excellent map 🙂 thank you dabman!
Are there any graphs anywhere that show the declining trend in population in the various provinces 😁?
20 Canadians in Alberta? Maybe you meant Yukon?
Actually, I can probably explain a lot of the population drop.
Look at the people who now reside in the Yukon: http://www.erepublik.com/en/rankings/citizens/region/2/104" target="_blank">http://www.erepublik.com/en/rankings/cit[..]/104
Note how most of its members are the active ones with high experience points.
This population drop is likely due to a "die off" of "neo-boomers" people who joined up, looked around, saw nothing they liked, and never came online again, and thus their characters died off over the past month, removing them as "citizens." Add this to the massive banning actions of the admins last month, and you've got a sharply cut population in rural areas.
With all the Quebecers living in Ontario to get Q5 hospitals services no wonder its population goes down...
Excellent work, Dabman!
The problem with the Yukon and getting members to defend it, is that it has only a Q1 hospital. IMHO, the Yukon should get our next Q5 hospital. It would also be a good spot to add a better defense system as well.
Citizen B
yes the Yukon does need to be upgraded
I cannot understand why NFL/LB is eCanada's only oil producing region; Alberta has more than enough oil RW to qualify in-game, and arguments could be made for a few other spots
Nice. Thanks dabman.
"Save over dabman June 09 eMap?"
"Yes"
Dabman, is there any eCanada incentive (save for protecting our native land) for relocating to the Yukon to defend that border?
With members of the 22e platoon gone in Ontario or in mission, with the PNQ falling off the five major parties, with our lack of Q5 hospital and with the francophone-only speakers leaving for eFrance, I think the important drop of population in Quebec is explainable.
That, added with what Vincent Valentine said, really true, many newcomers of past months who didn't like the game and let their characters die. Saddly.
Awesome work again dabman!
Oops, I meant to say Yukon, not Alberta. Thanks for spotting that.
There is currently no federal incentive to move to defend Yukon. I'm sure an incentive would be set in place in an event of Alaska being attacked, or any other related danger to the border in that region.
