Jobs for new citizens

As it seems there are very few low level jobs around at the moment, i think its time we all tried to do what we can to help our newest citizens helping us fight the war.
As i have little gold or cash, im going to try to do my part. Well as best i can.
I would like to open a not for profit food company in Florida to provide some much needed Jobs there. But i need YOUR help.
The plan is to ask for donations from anyone who wishes to help so i can create this company. I will then use it to employ some new americans and get them training and some money to start off.
Food will be sold for reasonable market prices as to not damage existing American businesses.
Whatever money the company makes will be 100% put back into the wages of its employees and at the end of the war it can be sold with all funds being donated to the US govt or wherever the President at the time feels the funds are of best use.
I will try to subsidise the grain needed from my high grain company in Aus, again to attempt to keep costs down. Anything else needed will be bought directly from US owned and run companies.
This is the best i feel i can do from my position, and those who know me will understand the honesty of what im trying to do.
I cringe at the fact this almost sounds like begging, but this is in no way shape or form to benefit me personally at all. Just as Canada does the US needs jobs. This is the best i can do.
Never will i make 1 penny from this venture and the company will DEFINATELY be sold and the funds returned to the US where it is most needed.

BTW if someone somewhere out there has a Q1 food company in a safe US state they are not using and could lend it until wars end that would really take this idea leaps and bounds and of course it would be returned after the war.

I know that we have lost all of our high resources recently, but gathering jobs for new citizens are non existent! The only way to advance in resource gathering is to work over seas, since Manufacturing is the only available option for new Citizens.
Hopefully, when we some high resources back, we can get some entry level gathering jobs.
Until then, any job will do.

I provide 2 soldiers with 2q1 weapon daily each. I have mentored around 30 players. I've handed out around 500 food and 300 weapons. I know what helping others means. I believe that what you are trying to do should be organised by the state.
Maybe so, but this is not about politics.
Let them focus on the war or election or whatever matters to them.
Im just trying to do what i can for the people. If the Govt would like to take control at any time its all theirs.
Im willing to stake my name and reputation on this project mainly because the is nothing else going on to help the issue.
What I would do
1. Increase minimum wage to 2 USD so no private companies would provide jobs
2. start a Q1 grain company and a Q1 food company
3. when people reach skill 3 they are fired
4. company will not put products on sale only in major market disturbances occur
+5. In time open a q1 wood and 1 house company
Advantages
1. Tax evasion will decrease
2. All new players will get a certain job in a Q1 company
3. Their wage will cover the cost of Q1 food
4. You will have greater national reserves of food
5. All new players can be monitored more easily as they work in one company so you can see who is active and who droppes out after a fe days. You can contact inactive players more easily.

What Zoli is cheering for was attempted in eSA. It's success I am uncertain of, so contact eSA officials for how they did it, and what kind of success they felt it had. It too was tied up with a mentoring program.
Of course, the State spending hundreds of gold establishing companies in the middle of a War, led by skilled enemies such as Zoli, may not be prudent ATM.
