JNG - Bringing back the commune

After becoming commander again due to Masaharu Homma's absence I've noticed that commune offers are non existent. Commune has always been core part of our MU and I think it should stay that way, it is something we inherited from Shinsengumi.
Recently there have been talks between me and Eikyuu about bringing back the commune. And I want to bring you good news, we came up with plan that will be of benefit to our members.
Workers will work for minimum wage but instead they will get Q7 weapons as payment.
Our current offer is: Jiyuu Nippon Gun Military Unit members receive 14 Q7 weapons for every time the work button is clicked while employed at one of the commune's factories.
While Military Unit members whom are also members of Jimmin Sensen party will receive 16 Q7 weapons for every time the work button is clicked while employed at one of the commune's factories. Delivery of the Q7 weapons will take place on Sunday.
